This is the ONLY eyeliner I will ever wear. It’s good for precise application and my eyes are sensitive and watery due to allergies and it doesn’t move all day. It dries quickly and flakes off, it never runs. I’ve gone surfing with it and it has for the most part stayed on. You can take it off with just water, but water without rubbing does little to it. The only issue I have with this is that the color is more dark blue than teal. The application can be as thin or as wide as you like. The liner will last more than 24 hours if you choose not to clean it off at night!

I have used liquid eyeliner for I'd say a good 30 years. Always done on my top lid. I love how smoothly this liquid eyeliner goes on. A BIG plus is the design of the eyeliner itself. It is so easy to grip. The color is awesome (I have both black and brown.). I just can't get over how nicely it goes on and how it lasts. I always use a Q Tip to remove excess and it's super easy to do with this liquid liner. No more expensive Nordstrom eyeliners for me. I am definitely sticking with Cover Girl Get in Line Liquid Eyeliner! Why spend $$$ on something amazing that does just as great of a job if not better? ... show more

I bought Black Vinyl since I had no idea which was the darkest. It definitely is very black and pigmented. This eyeliner is a liquid with a very thin brush applicator. The container is small and the brush is long. It applies easily and doesn't smear or flake. It lasts for ages on my lids as well. I wish it was waterproof. If it was, I would give it 5+ stars. I have had the eyeliner on for over 13 hours and it looks like I just applied it. I just ordered the crystal black shade which I assume has a bit of shimmer. I want the green shade too but can't tell if it is bright or deep. (I want a deep green). At any rate, for the low price, this Get in Line eyeliner is excellent. ... show more

I live and die by Covergirl Get in Line Liquid Eyeliner, so when I was running low, I ordered more but forgot which black I use specifically/chose any black because I trust the product to be good regardless. I noticed 320 kept drying as a see-through grey even after a second application and BURNED my eyelids. I tried with and without any eyeshadow or makeup underneath and every time it burned and dried light. I used it about three or four times before giving up because of the burning and switched to the 325 Black Vinyl that I also ordered in the same shipment. That one was perfect - dark application, no burning. Now I know the number, but the burning was so unsettling and should not have been there. Avoid that shade!! ... show more

This is the only eyeliner I use! It always stays on until I want to take it off. It's not very waterproof but it doesn't smudge to much! It's usually a good price for what you get.

It's thin, watery. And the color is much darker than advertised. I have my screen pretty dark to save the battery, and it still looks much darker than the advertised photo.
