This is the ONLY eyeliner I will ever wear. It’s good for precise application and my eyes are sensitive and watery due to allergies and it doesn’t move all day. It dries quickly and flakes off, it never runs. I’ve gone surfing with it and it has for the most part stayed on. You can take it off with just water, but water without rubbing does little to it. The only issue I have with this is that the color is more dark blue than teal. The application can be as thin or as wide as you like. The liner will last more than 24 hours if you choose not to clean it off at night!

I have used liquid eyeliner for I'd say a good 30 years. Always done on my top lid. I love how smoothly this liquid eyeliner goes on. A BIG plus is the design of the eyeliner itself. It is so easy to grip. The color is awesome (I have both black and brown.). I just can't get over how nicely it goes on and how it lasts. I always use a Q Tip to remove excess and it's super easy to do with this liquid liner. No more expensive Nordstrom eyeliners for me. I am definitely sticking with Cover Girl Get in Line Liquid Eyeliner! Why spend $$$ on something amazing that does just as great of a job if not better? ... show more

I bought Black Vinyl since I had no idea which was the darkest. It definitely is very black and pigmented. This eyeliner is a liquid with a very thin brush applicator. The container is small and the brush is long. It applies easily and doesn't smear or flake. It lasts for ages on my lids as well. I wish it was waterproof. If it was, I would give it 5+ stars. I have had the eyeliner on for over 13 hours and it looks like I just applied it. I just ordered the crystal black shade which I assume has a bit of shimmer. I want the green shade too but can't tell if it is bright or deep. (I want a deep green). At any rate, for the low price, this Get in Line eyeliner is excellent. ... show more

Extremely Long-lasting; easy straight, even lines; no skipping or clumping. Applies over other liners evenly; easy to do intricate, layered looks. Sure there are better eyeliners out there - but you’ll be spending a small fortune to get them. This is an instant staple.

It's sticky/tacky when it's still wet. The color is not what you think it's going/supposed to be. Online it looks like teal, IRL it's green. A little disappointed. One good thing is that it does stay on! I was so tired the night I tried it on, forgot I had it on and fell asleep. Woke up the next day with 98% of it still on my eyes!!!! ... show more

Love this eyeliner teal color is just so pretty. The fine tip let's you put it on thin. Drys quickly and does not come off on you upper lids The price is not bad . I am on my third purchase.
