Very nice, looks amazing!
Color: Jackson | White Brick
I had a hard time finding an electric fireplace that has a mantle that feels real and looks modern. This is perfect. The faux bricks is heavy and has the feel of stone which I wanted. I absolutely love the white bricks! Please note, only the top mantle is in wood and it’s heavy and beautiful (see picture). Very easy to assemble (very little steps, follow the manual or you can also check the assembly in YouTube). Even though heavy I was able to move each part by myself one at the time to assemble. I am not showing a full picture of my assembled fireplace as I decided to paint the bottom and top black for a more modern look and do not want the image to mislead anyone on the actual color. The assembled fireplace looks exactly as advertised except the bottom portion that is lighter in real. The actual bottom portion color looks and feels like smooth concrete (see picture, this is probably a lighting nuance). Overall great product, it warms up my master bedroom. It does make a fan noise when the heater is on, and has 3 fire intensity levels you can choose from with the remote or on the item itself. It has a timer too. I just hoped it had crackling noise included. The delivery is slower than usual deliveries but this may be due to the delivery services used. It is sent through an actual professional delivery service which takes from 5 to 10 days. 1 part was defective, I contacted their customer service and my issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend buying this product.

beautiful product terrible delivery service
Color: Brookstone | Rustic Stone
The fireplace is beautiful! Also, it was very easy to put together. It took me less than three hours to put together on my own. The main thing you’ll need help for is getting it moved around in the room as it is super heavy. My only complaint is the transport company used for delivery. RNL was a nightmare. They were extremely disorganized. They scheduled transport and delivery then on the day of after I had taken a day off of work notified me that they did not put it on the truck. When calling them to discuss these customer service person was horribly rude and unprofessional. The box came damaged, but fortunately, the solid structure of the stone did not sustain damage. So overall, I give this five stars as the product is exceptional, but their delivery service was horrible.

Very nice fireplace
Color: Glenbrook | River Rock
This is not your big box store fireplace. It looks a lot more realistic than those. You can see it is faux rock when you are 8 feet away but still looks very good. Only used fireplace once and it worked very well. The mantle was a little darker than the one shown in the picture, which I could live with. My son in law installed while I was gone, and he said it was easy to install.

Very beautiful and great quality
Color: Glenbrook | River Rock
Excellent quality and very beautiful! We purchased this before Christmas and it truly made a huge difference in our family! The cast it’s very realistic and the mantle is very heavy and well-made. It will definitely take two people to put together because the stone and the oak mantle Are very very heavy. The flame and logs are pretty realistic for an electric fireplace and the remote is extremely convenient. During the horrible polar vortex in January the heating element was a Godsend It truly does a great job warming up the area. Definitely recommend.
