This is the BEST massager !!! I love it !!!! I have alot of neck & shoulders pain, the very first time I used it, I was hooked. The straps allow you to move it where you want it & apply pressure. It Also works great on my back too. The heat is mild to moderate, but the 16 knobs really work out the kinks and relieved my pain 💯 I like how it rotates inward, and then stops a moment to then rotate outward. I let my family members try it, they loved it too. They all bought one too. It stops automatically after 15 minutes as stated in description. And that’s generally all I need per use. When I needed more, I restarted it without heat and it continued to work just fine. I Love it and I Highly Recommend this product!!!

I have incredibly tight muscles in my upper back and neck that never loosen, so I get massages about every 2 weeks, plus I see a chronic pain doctor. I wanted something to help relieve my pain at home in between massages, so I bought this hoping it would help. Initially, this worked great... and it still does mostly. In order to get into my muscles at all, I have to pull this quite hard into my muscles using the hand holders. I was worried that the motor wouldn't be strong enough to work like this, but it does keep going... even if it does bog down a little. I feel like it helps with my pain... especially in the neck area. I bought this brand specifically because you are supposed too be able to use it while it is charging. It worked like that as advertised for awhile, but now it won't turn on at all while it's being charged. This is a bummer for me, because that's the main reason I got this one. Overall this works pretty well, but if you're buying it for the reason I did I would maybe think twice.

I really wanted to like this massager since it was cordless. Unfortunately it misses the mark on many counts. Motor strength: the motor slows down or stops all together if you put too much pressure on your shoulders. It takes surprisingly little force to get it to stop, meaning I was unable to put any type of pressure that would actually help my shoulders. Charging: Half the time it just failed to charge. I let it sit for hours and it wouldn't charge at all. Secondly, it will not run while charging. This means you have to plan to have it charged already before you need it. Very bad design. It was also missing two of the chargers that the Amazon listing claimed it would come with. The car adapter and the one to plug it into the wall. I know that this isn't a one off because i ordered two of them. Trying to give cotsoco the benefit of the doubt, I had ordered a replacement and it was the exact same.

This little machine is great for me it's just like sitting in one of the black chairs at the mall one this doesn't mind if it puts you to sleep or not. My previous version is a one with cable and that one worked well on legs, butt muscles. This one is good, the only thing I dislike is it cannot work on the leg. When you apply a stronger pressure for larger massage pressure, it just stops there. Maybe this is a common limitation for all cordless version. I will switch back to the cord version.
