This portable steam sauna is very easy to set up and works great. Gets nice and hot and steamy providing a great sweat. The quality is decent and it should last a long time as long as you use it as intended and don't abuse it. I combined mine with portable cold plunge for hot/cold stimulation and health benefits (also available on Amazon for an affordable price). Now I can get this all done at home instead of having to go to my local gym for it. ... show more

This is a great mini steam sauna. It gets up to 115 degrees. Not too hot, I like to add the eucalyptus oil to the water to get a nice fresh feeling, I did modified it and added 250w red heat lamp for red light therapy effect also. Works great and I love that its storable and lite. I love it.
