Having it installed in the guest room and ran about two weeks now. Pretty happy about the performance and quality. It was easy to install by the window with the included attachment. It cools down area Pretty fast. Easy to operate with the remote as well. Great portable size doesn't make much noise. Overall,it's a great value for money.

It's a great little unit we had no AC and over night it had cooled our living room kitchen hallway and back bedrooms, just 24 hours of run time. It's easy to use directions are clear you don't hear any noise from it I love the overall performance. The only drawback is that it looks to be made for vertical windows and we have smaller horizontal ones. The attachment that vents to the outside wouldn't fit properly so we had to cut it down to size. Took nothing away from the venting itself.

I use this to cool down my living room so that I dont have to have the central AC on all day. My living room is about 15'x15'. It works great. But here is something to consider. That return tube is putting out 118 degree air. And its made of thin plastic. I was having some trouble because I had the hose extended to its max. And it was acting as a giant heat sync. So it wasn't cooling as effectively as I liked. I bought some pipe insulation for 20 bucks. Wrapped the return hose. Cooled things down about 30 degrees. That made the room temp a lot more stable. I liked this before the insulation, but I love it now. You won't need it if the AC is right next to your window. Just if you plan on extending the exhaust hose.

The AC was out in the home I was staying in and my room/office was getting to be 85+ and I legit didn’t think I could go on another day. This thing was easy to set up and cools the room down significantly. I keep it set around 74 and it gets super chilly. Love it, can’t recommend it enough. It isn’t quiet, definitely sounds like an AC unit, but doesn’t bother me. The hose kept popping off and warped a little bit from hot air, but I saw in another review that someone got aluminum tape to seal the connections and that worked great for me.

I bought this for my elderly parents and tried it in person for a week. Its been almost a month and with 100 plus degree heat for 5 days in a row still going strong from what they tell me over the phone. The plug has 3 prongs, and their wall had only 2 holes for the outlet, so i had to but an adapter at the hardware store for a few dollars but it worked great. Easy to assemble and moves around easily. They have really old windows but it adjusted no problem, however you will probably need to save part of the box and tape it to the window to seal some space that inevitably happens with the unit shifting to really seal it off, but even without taping parts of the box to the window it worked really great. It does shut off on its own when it reaches the desired temperature (I thought it broke) but it kicks back on once it senses the temperature increase. It easily cools the guest bedroom I was in and when I wheeled it to the master bedroom it did great in there too. Probably not good for a large living room however.

PRO- It puts out a good dose of cool air. CON- The drainage hose is completely inadequate. It will pull out with the slightest movement. This happened when I was not aware, and it soaked a large portion of my bamboo floor. Trying to tape the plug on was highly unsuccessful, because there is no place to wrap some tape, It’s such a tiny nozzle. . I have it blocked in, so no one will move it..
