product came exactly as described and on time. i own the low standard version of these chairs and thought it would be as comfortable but being so high up and legs do not touch the floor, the back rest makes me slouch and slide down and it was simply uncomfortable. i tried to return this item and merchant told me i had to pay for all sorts of shipping fees and would end up getting 2/3 of my money back only. i would not recommend buying from this seller because of this ... show more

The bar stools shipped super fast and came packaged great. They were assembled minus the backs, which were a breeze to put on and came with everything you needed. We had them assembled and sitting on them in 10 minutes. The seats were a little smaller than I was expecting and the backs make you sit straight up instead of leaning back into them, but I wouldn't say they are uncomfortable.
