Got this for my basement without heat, so it’s perfect for what I needed for a small basement. Took a while to put together but instruction was clear and easy. Everything is very sturdy and looks great. The heater have some noise but it’s minimal. Heat output is good, but I wouldn’t compare to a stand alone space heater since it’s relatively small. This entertainment center is a bit small. However, I was still able to use it as I intended which was to store my old gaming systems. The lights in the cabinet are a cool feature but as you can see it's not illuminated evenly throughout. I really love the electric fireplace. I don't have a fireplace so this gives that cozy feel, plus it has an electric heater so you can add extra warmth on those below freezing winter nights. I would say after putting this together, I hope to not have to put together another entertainment center for many years. This took a long time. Product arrived early in great condition. Assembly instructions were adequate. Appears to be pretty solid however it is way smaller than perceived in the picture. You might get a 40” TV on it but I doubt much bigger. Lighting and fireplace feature are ok. It does heat.

This heater cabinet beautifully fits in my old fireplace. It takes much time to assemble but worth. The material is not super strong ( like those you pay a lot more) but strong enough to hold the unit. The assembly instruction is super clear with parts and needed nails. Strongly recommended!

First and foremost this furniture has a lot of pieces, of different sizes. It’s a lot of work to put it together. I ended up trying to return in because it simply was not suitable for my space. I attempted to return it and the company does not provide free returns on items that are not damaged. I would have paid a reasonable return shipping fee, but the actual cost to return it exceeded the cost of the product. To ship it to the address given in the return authorization document from the east coast, would cost $545. After reaching out to the company, they responded that according to Amazons policy they are not obligated to pay for the return shipping, and offered a discount on the shipping, and would refund the amount of the product after receiving and determining no damage. I communicated that this was unacceptable. Never have I ever had to pay for a return of a product, and I’m an Amazon prime customer. This is the worst seller, I’ve encountered. I generally love the products I purchase, but this was not okay. Not because of the product but because of the customer service. ... show more
