The media could not be loaded. Everything is as described in details. It is well designed, constructed from quality materials, and very easy and quick to assemble (by one person.) It can be wall mounted (by two people) or positioned standing on floor or tabletop. It is remote controlled with LED display on front right corner of heater screen. It can be programmed either for a specific duration of time or by thermostat to maintain a specific temperature. It has multiple fireplace color options. IT HEATS WELL. When in use, it feels cool to the touch on all sides -- except the heating vent, which is located on top. Additionally, it has safety features to avoid fire due to tipping-over or overheating. My only criticism is that the BLOWER WHITE NOISE IS LOUDer than I prefer. ... show more

Absolute pos. Screws loose inside, absolutely different from picture. Heat never worked, and none of the accessories to mount legs were available. Also, Styrofoam pieces were all BEHIND the glass of the "fireplace".... huge disappointment, this gift was for something special, that's now too late.
