Love the price. Love the look. Love the size. Love the heat - although I really bought it for the look and fire visual effects for the room not the heater. Hated putting it together. There are missing holes, and some of the screws are too short. BUT I read other reviews say the same thing, so I was prepared. I have tons of rando screws lying around so here and there I switched a few out and where there was a missing screw hole- nothing a few whacks of the hammer to get it started didn't fix. Took about an hour and a half to two hours start to finish for just me to put together- but I had a movie on so I wasn't rushing. In the end, well worth the assembly issues. ... show more

    • If you don't have a drill or you are not handy, this is not the product for you.

I could only give it a three because of a number of reasons. Box was is soooo heavy. I couldn't bring it upstairs and had to take all the pieces up separately. The good news though, it is sturdy. It was challenging to assemble. If you are not, or don't have a handyperson, don't buy this. Directions say a drill is optional but, it is a must. I thought I was going to put this thing together myself but, I had to call in help with a drill. At a couple of points, it took two sets of hands. Once it was assembled, I really liked it. I turned on the flame but not the heater since the summer a/c is running. So I don't know about that feature yet. it is really cute though. I have it in my bedroom. Perfect little size. ... show more
