We don't use most of the settings, but toast. Bake, and air fry work beautifully. The pizza reheat gets the pizza nice and crisp, no more soggy crust. The controls do take some getting used to.

This is a great option to avoid using a full-size stove oven. So far it has been very fast preheating, even baking and frying. It does put out a large amount of steam when we air fried 5 chicken drumsticks. Two small loaf pans of gingerbread from a box mix baked very nicely on my first try. I used the recommended 50 degrees lower, 10 minutes less than box directions and baked to perfect loaves on my first try. I use the VeSync app on my phone and really love that. Only criticism is that if placed closer than the door height from edge of counter, the door will drop down lower than the body of the over and there is an edge that gets very hot so you have to be careful not to get burned. Wonderful oven/fryer product...lots of cooking options, pre-heats quickly and is easy to clean. There is a bit of a learning curve but if I can do it, anyone could. The software VSync doesn’t appear to support all functions under Alexia. So a language learning curve and adaptation may be required. So far I can get it to “Air fry” but not “Toast”, via Alexia. The device dial and display are simple and highly functional.

Just received this oven yesterday and already loving it. Replaced on old toaster oven IV had for 15 years. Quiet, easy to use and clean. Very versatile. Can toast, bake, roast, air fry, proof dough. This is not an intuitive appliance. I have a hard time figuring out how to use it. I dislike that the time/temp display faces up and I can't see it unless I'm standing looking down at the machine. I do not like a lot about this. Many people mention rotisserie and a probe thermometer, which mine does not have. I dislike how long it takes to preheat I dislike that you have to hold the light button for 3 seconds to turn it off I dislike that if I open the door (to say, put the extra trays back in) it starts to preheat automatically.
