My Cosmo microwave drawer is only 2 months old and is already at the Cosmo service for repair. We use our microwave approximately up to 3 times a week. All of a sudden, it won’t turn off. The only way to stop it from turning on is to leave the drawer open. Now we have to wait up to 2 weeks for the repair to be done. Two weeks without a microwave. Frustrating.😕 ... show more

Really love this! Makes it easy to put plates and things in the microwave without fighting the door and spilling things. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it is difficult to manage the microwave door, opening, keeping it open, closing. Not with this beauty! Just use the open and close buttons and viola! Bought this his microwave less than a year ago, and a couple of months later it started loosing parts, then started short circuit, and now it just stopped working. This product is a total waste of money and extremely dangerous to have.
