For the price its a good deal...its not the best quality by any means, its a bit rough and the dye comes off on your fingers, it digs into itself pretty good but for what im fishing for it worked just fine. Don't expect to cast 100+ yards with this line though, better for trolling...I did toss some on one of my baitcaster bass rigs for use in a small farm pond and it does well ripping 8 to 10lb largemouth through thick weeds, brush, and moss...havnt broke it yet on anything including trees and rocks in the water...itll straighten the hook out or break a limb off before the line snaps. Holds up pretty well to abrasion...have had a few fish run into pylons, big rocks, underwater concrete slabs, and only get a minute amount of fray that never got worse.

I love the fact that the line is light weight.It cast out very smoothly.The value for the money is pretty good.The size is pretty good.I caught a 12 pound 42oz catfish using this line.Every since I changed all of my old fishing line for this new braided line,I haven’t lost any big fish.This line does not stretch it’s strong and tight but soft to the touch.I highly recommend this braided fishing line.It does get tangle up sometimes but if your careful you can easily get the tangles out.If your to rough or snag your pole to hard the tangles can be a mess but it’s still not a deal breaker because I haven’t lost any more big fish so I can deal with the tangles sometimes.Tangles can be upsetting but the fish I catch when I cast out is so worth it.I say give it a try.Glad I did.Keep in mind all of my poles now have this braided line on them.

I realized that this was budget braid so I didn't have really high expectations. For line strength it's very good. I haven't been able to break it yet. The fluorocarbon leader always gives up way before the braid. Getting knots to hold is always a challenge with braid but no problems with this. It has a pretty rough surface so casting is not very good. And you can really feel the line rubbing the eyelets on the rod when retrieving. The roughness of the line is probably what helps it hold knots well though. The biggest problem is the color fading. It's really bad. The color is pretty much gone after two days of fishing and the moss green turned to dull white. I expected that inexpensive braid would fade, but didn't think it would be this much and so quickly.
