I've only had this a short time but it is already my favorite purchase of 2026. I use it multiple times every day and you can really tell the difference! Due to recent back surgeries I was unable to floss properly, plus the ensuing medications contributed to tartar build up (which has never been an issue for me). This flosser is easy to use, lightweight, quiet, portable, and the strength of the jet is adjustable. One thing that really impressed me was how long the battery lasts once charged (I just recharged it for the first time after many weeks of use). I’m really happy with the Coslus Dental Water Flosser. It’s easy to use, has good water pressure, and makes cleaning between my teeth much easier than traditional floss alone. The different settings are helpful for adjusting the pressure, and the reservoir holds enough water for a full cleaning without constantly needing a refill. It’s also compact and easy to keep on the bathroom counter or take along for travel. Overall, it feels well made and works great for the price. Holds also power charge for a long time.     • Must Have - Incredible Value - Powerful Water Pressure - Best Cleaning Compared to WaterPik

Wow…I absolutely love this model for reasons…(1) price and value better than other named brands (2) several button functions - has a range of power settings - option to press the button to turn on/off or to hold the button down (which I love), (3) water storage (holds more than you think, 1 fill is enough for a cleaning both front and back), (4) most importantly is the pressure strength A++. I’ve been using a model by WaterPik for 4-5 months. And was beginning to get frustrated because even at the highest strength it was still not getting everything and I kept having to to refill the water in one cleaning. The WaterPik model originally cost merl $79 and I originally went with it because I assumed the brand had the most experience in this market and that the price point would be a superior product. I sell for the good old trick the cost of the product due to their marketing and brand name not because they have a superior product. After being so disappointed with my model from WaterPik, I thought why not for $20 - $25 try a cheaper model and worst case return it. But wow, I was very surprised how much stronger the stream was and overall superior cleaning that Coslus offered for the price point VS that of WaterPik. The main difference outside of water capacity and stream strength is that the WaterPik model has a magnetic waterproof charger. However, I found myself always leaving it always on the charger as it needs a full charger to maintain water pressure. At the same time, although the charging is convenient I feel like that’s where WaterPik spent money on (plus marketing) as to why it’s so much more expensive. Also, the magnetic charger’s design flaw is that it takes up more space leaving less capacity for water storage. The Coslus model I got, I love the colors, to charge the power is a regular power cord that you plug in the back, when not plugged in it has a water protection seal to cover the charging port, but I found that I can go at 3 to 5 days without charging while still maintaining the powerful stream. So in short, I highly recommend this over higher end models or name brands like WaterPik. I have yet to try other less expensive models in this price range however I am more than satisfied with my Coslus. My only regret is not returning the WaterPik within the 30 day window. I knew from the start that the water just lacked the strength compared to those that plug into the wall. Hope this is helpful. Definitely try this. I think you will be more than pleased, especially at this price point. The starting base color is $20 for a color one then it’s $25. ... show more

Product works fine. However, the controls are placed in the wrong place and can easily be changed by accident when using the product. I found it awkward to turn the flosser off after use and kept pressing the wrong button since they all were adjacent to each other. Strength of water can be fine tuned to your liking and is easy to change before you turn it on using another button with the six LED lights. And to change the mode you use the bottom half of the same button. Charging is easy with the supplied cord, but you will need to supply your own 5V brick. It takes only a couple of hours to fully charge the device. Inexpensive compared to some other flosser, but it could have been better designed for practical use, IMHO. ... show more

I purchased the C51 after I purchased the E40. Both excellent machines but the C51 has features that I really like. The C51 is very easy to clean because of the wide mouth container. This is a big plus for me because I think it’s important to keep dry and prevent mold. It’s also designed to store two attachments in the base which I think is a brilliant design. It’s also not bulky and feels good in your hand and when using. This is an excellent choice for a water flosser. It isn’t too bulky and has an ample water container. Comes with two regular attachments, an ortho attachment and a tongue cleaner. With six settings, it’s easy to find one that fits your needs. I’ve included pictures of both the C51 and the E40 for comparison. The E40 is also an excellent choice and has ten settings versus six for the C50. I will keep both, but definitely prefer the C51. ... show more

This is easy to operate and use. I do not find myself spraying every thing but my teeth! Sever power levels are more than adequate. Love the color and it is small enough to pack for trips. The tank seperates for easy cleaning.

This water flossers is fantastic! I was looking for a portable replacement for my 20+ year-old water pick and was very reluctant to go off brand for anything because my water pick had lasted me decades and served me well in all of those years. But I was reading the reviews on the portable or rechargeable water packs and they were so many bad reviews. I was shocked and opted to look at some other options I bought this or received it rather at the beginning of June I charged it immediately when I first got it, and even though there was no indication that the charge was weakening I still charged it again because I’m at a month and a half now and I use it almost daily, so it holds its charge and the variable speeds are nice, but I usually only just use the one and there are lots of complaints that I read about the charger not being USB but if you have an iPhone 15 or later than you have one of the required charging ports. The way it holds a charge, how well it works and that it’s the perfect size. I give it a five all day long! If there’s any drawback at all to mention, it’s simply the same problem than I imagine all the wireless ones have that the controls are in a place where it might be easy to unintentionally change them. Many people had complained because it’s a type C usb cord that needs the same receptacle. As long as you’re prepared it’s not a big deal. As a first time user of the hand held version. I also found out it is a little messier than I’m accustomed with the classic countertop version, but it cleans up easily enough. ... show more
