Firepit was very well packaged but you will have some styrofoam to dispose of. Very nice looking and well finished. The 20 lb propane tank is a tight fit but it can be maneuvered into place. Be careful when you do so because I accidently disconnected one of the wires for the igniter while installing the tank. The flames are pretty tall at the low setting so that's where I will set it when using it. The glass ring is a nice touch. Great color-gray! Matches my furniture in the backyard. Placed between my 2 Adirondack chairs. Nice and narrow. Gives off the right amount of heat. Easy to use. Convenient for when I don't want to use my traditional fire pit.

It looks OK and puts out a decent amount of heat, but since heat rises and it is quite tall, most of the heat isn't felt unless you sit real close. If you want a fire pit for heat you should get one that is closer to the ground. It is, however, pretty to look at while burning. I have had trouble starting it too. The starter clicks and I smell gas but it still requires a match to light quickly. I don't think it was worth the price. ... show more

Got off to a rocky start with my firepit. No matter what I tried, I could not get the burner to light. Short story, processed a return and received a request from COLIEST to try a couple options that might fix the issue...tried them but no joy. They suggested sending me a new thermocouple, I received and installed it and now my firepit works as it should. Bottom line, they (COLIEST) took the time to help me solve my issue without having to turn the unit in. I think that's awesome. It saved them money and at the same time I didn't have to order another one. Heck, I also learned how to work/fix a gas firepit. Disliked that the cover they supply for it. I ordered gray to match my decor but the cover is tan. And the igniter did not work so I have to use a long lighter.
