We received this set from Cosiest and can't say enough good things about everything. Delivery: 4 boxes arrived all together. No issues on that side. Status of furniture: Everything was in tip top shape and definitely a new set. There was a little powdery resin on the pieces that easily wiped off with a soft wet cloth. Building the set: Super simple to put together and I did it alone. Didn't need another person. It took about 2 hours. All the hardware was included, even a little Allen Wrench Head that I was able to use with a special screw driver that uses replaceable heads. That was a life saver as its difficult to use power tools since there is not much space when screwing in the bolts. With the screw driver (my own) it was truly an absolute breeze. Setting up: As noted there are many configurations possible. We settled on what worked for us. The chair clips were easy to install and keeps the chairs from sliding apart. The velcro on the seat cushions also work great! Comfort: The set is very comfortable. Seating positions are fine and it's especially comfortable for kicking your feet up and lounging. Beverages optional :-). The depth of the chairs (I think they're 32 inches) are great. While the back is low, it works for us, no issues. I can tell that the back cushions may eventually wear thin so thinking additional throw pillows will be helpful. That said, the 4 inch cushions definitely do the job. Appearance: Wonderful!!! The blue is very nice and we found a great outdoor rug at Home Depot to go with the set. My family and I love it. Overall a fantastic purchase. It would have been better if the coffee table was also a storage unit but that's the only thing that would have made the purchase better (and that's a small thing). On the flip side, the set comes with a cover, which we would have bought anyway so we saved $100 - $150. (We'll use that for a little storage container. Strongly recommend this product.

**Pay attention to where the washers go, there are some places that they are not needed, we didn't realize this until it was too late and we had to go buy more** It was not "easy to assemble" one person can put it together but two people make a world of difference, and the assembly instructions are are pretty easy to follow. Much better than some Ikea products we've put together. We had looked at several different patio sets and thought for the price if it lasts 2 or 3 years we were good with that, but now seeing it I think it will last a lot longer than that. It came earlier than expected (wife was happy) overall seems well made and goes together well. Parts line up and bolts go where they should without much of a problem. We usually take the cushions in when it rains, but we were pleased to see that when we forgot and got rain that the cushions are treated with something that beads up the water, after removing & a quick couple slaps and they were dry. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice yet affordable patio set. It does looks really nice

7 piece sectional in Heritage blue 1. Ordered the set on April 24. Surprisingly it arrived on the 27th ( we expected May 4/5th), but only 3 of the 4 expected boxes. FedEx showed a complete delivery so I contacted Cosiest via text message and phone message. Also contacted them through Amazon looking for the 4th box. Within 2 hours they located the missing box and texted me back. They also followed up 2 other times. The 4th box arrived on the 28th. In short: Excellent customer service 2. Quality: We did a lot of research and our goal was thick cushions with a deep seat for lounging and sitting. This set met our goals. The frame is sturdy, the "wicker" is a medium thickness plastic, and the cushions are firm, and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews some cushions are wrinkled due to packing but they seem to be re-shaping through use and time out of box. 3. Assembly: Some screw holes are a little wonky but the set went together easily. My husband did use a drill Overall, I feel this was great value for what we spent. We will be using this set in a three season screen room with a southern exposure in New England. If we run into problems in the future will update this review

I'll start with the negatives. The set comes in multiple boxes, which are shipped from different locations and on different schedules. As soon as the first two boxes arrived, Amazon showed that the entire order was delivered. But, contacting the seller, they provided tracking numbers for the other pieces. When everything arrived, there were two problems. First, the tank table was broken and second, one of the pieces to assemble one of the seats was the wrong size. But, again contacting the seller with some pictures of the issues, they immediately agreed to send replacements for those parts. It did take a while for them to arrive, but I did receive everything. Assembly of the pieces is pretty easy and the instructions are clear. Just be a little careful starting the screws, because some of the threaded inserts are slightly misaligned. It did not affect the assembly or the sturdiness of the pieces, but if you're not careful, you could strip a screw. The pieces are light weight, but sturdy and comfortable. The cushions are nice material and seem durable. The firepit works great, puts out a fair amount of heat and looks great. The covers that come with the fire table and the tank table are thick and sturdy, the one for the chairs is a bit thinner and I wonder if it will hold up over time. Also, I wish all of the covers had straps or buckles, or some other way of securing them to the furniture. We get a lot of wind where this furniture sits and the covers blow off if we don't secure them. Overall, we love the set.
