My family and myself enjoys this furniture set, and my friends have been giving me good feedback. Customer service: Responsive, and accommodating. Furniture: Love the color of the weave. It feels they are sturdy for average sized people. I don't have large people in the family, so, I cannot say about the people who are heavy side. The furniture is light weight enough for me to be able to move them around easily. Cushions: Unfortunately, it is not quite 4" thickness. I will be replacing them may be in a year or so depending on how they wear. The cover material feels nice for the out door furniture, shakes off the water easily after it rained on, and it dries out quickly. I got additional yellow green pillows for more support as the square ones that comes are not large enough for me. Putting them together: Easy to follow instruction. Make sure to open the love seat box first to get the needed tool to put them together. All and all, I am happy with the purchase and am enjoying outdoor every evening.

This was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Assembly was a process but not complicated. The set is VERY comfortable and sturdy. I had been shopping for a set for a while and this set was at my price point and the quality did not disappoint! There were so many other options that looked less valuable with a higher price tag. I like this set because it's not those flimsy one piece sides and backs, they are double walled which leads to a more valuable looking piece as well as lasting a lot longer than others. ALSO. they estimated shipping at almost 2 weeks and I had it in 4 days! SUPER PLEASED!!!

The price was right for this set which looks really nice on our deck. We get direct sun that hits the deck from about 8am till about 2:30 pm which means we also had to buy a cover to protect it. The assembly was mostly good. There were a few holes that weren't lined up well. Just make sure you place the screws in the center areas that have no give before you place the ones on the outside areas where you can push on the rattan to adjust placement and get those screws in. The metal for the screws is soft, so you have to be very careful about not stripping them. Also note, the diagram for assembling the table shows it in an upside-down position. Of course it does. I was just not thinking and screwed in the bottom shelf of the table upside down, and a screw got lodged and stripped which made it very difficult to get out and correct. Thank goodness my husband has the tools to undo my mistakes. All in all, we love the set.

I just put this furniture together with relative ease. The directions were clear, assembly was straightforward, the little rachet provided worked well. The furniture appears to be fairly well constructed, especially considering the price. Appearance is good, seems sturdy, quality is good, sits a little straight up and down, but is fine with the pillows. Overall, a good purchase for us.

I searched for months before I found this set. I love everything about it. Great light grey color. The cushions are thick. Quality seems very good. Only issue we had was one of the holes was covered up for the screw. So if you don’t see a hole it can be drilled through. Fits well in my sunroom.

Just as expected! I live in an apartment and my balcony is small, but this set fits it very well. The lovely set seems pretty sturdy and is definitely functional and practical. I connect the single chair with an ottoman to make a perfect daybed! The listing said the wicker is made by PE resin. Actually, it just looks like the real wicker and doesn’t cheap at all! Cushions are beautiful and thick, so they’re really confortable to seat! Good quality for the price and perfect for my outdoor space!
