I have to give this company a 5 star review for their amazing customer service. I purchased this firepit a couple of months ago for my new home and was so excited when it came. It is such a cute firepit and completed our porch. However, from the moment I got it I was having issues with lighting it and then keeping the flame on. I reached out to them and they were always so quick to respond. They helped me with trouble shooting and sending out multiple different replacement parts. After trying everything and switching out parts, still having issues unfortunately. They are sending me out a replacement firepit and apologized profusely for the inconvenience and thanked me for my patience through this whole process. This is exactly what we were looking for! We added fire glass we purchased on Amazon. The table came damaged from shipping but the manufacturer sent us a replacement and kept in contact continuously! I wish there was a heat proof glass type cover for burner area so you donโ€™t have to wait for it to cool down to put cover on (says keep covered and we get rain). This new central point of our patio is aesthetically pleasant, and the fire is only a source of heat, without the smell of burnt. This little fire table is so amazing. When I opened the box I was excited to see such a beautiful on trend piece. The terrazzo is beautiful. We replaced the lava rocks with fire glass, and Iโ€™m in love. We also order the glass screen and propane tank cover. The media could not be loaded. There is nothing quite like the glow of a fire. I opted for the glass ring because I think it looks beautiful, but it's also practical since I have two dogs and it helps keep their little noses and tails out of the flames as well. The white terrazzo finish is really pretty! I love that the ugly propane tank is covered and it provides a cute little side table as well. I ordered fire glass to match our outdoor furniture and just put it on top of half of the lava stone that came with the fire pit. I'm really glad I opted for this size (28-inch) since it's still pretty substantial and I can rest my feet on the edge as I rock in my chair. This is a beautiful fire table, especially for the price..Love the color and the size. I just got it today so I havenโ€™t used it yet but I am so pleased with the aesthetics. Easy set up. Used 30 lbs (3 10lb bags) of Stanbroil fire glass. Could prob use 1 more 10lb bag. So happy with my purchase!
