The package felt weighty. It felt like there was more than just 4 memory sticks in there. When I opened the package each stick was seated in an individual plastic container. The plastic containers were placed inside of a foam housing that protected them. Each stick felt like it was well crafted and I know this is just memory but it had an impressive look to it. Something I would feel good about seeing through the tempered glass side panel of my case. I have stress tested the memory and have had no issues at all with it. It is running overclocked and it is having no temperature issues whatsoever. The RGB looks absolutely incredible and is easily controlled from within the Corsair iCue software. You can choose to use one of the 15 predefined lighting patterns, multiple custom setups and 11 lighting link choices. With all of those you have the full spectrum of RGB color palettes to choose from. You can have these patterns apply to the full sticks of memory or you can choose to light each led on each stick, on each stick of memory, a different color. I am very pleased with my choice of computer memory. No regrets!

Hands down the most stylish looking set of RGB ram you'll find anywhere. I got the 4x16gb kit for a total of 64gb for my new gaming system. SPECS: CPU: Ryzen 5900x GPU: MSI Suprim RTX 3090 MOBO: ASUS Dark Hero VIII loaded XMP/DOCP profile and everything worked just fine. Was a little worried about the reviews here on Amazon regarding faulty sticks, XMP/DOCP not working/RGB LED's not working, etc etc, especially with larger kits. But I'm very happy with the purchase as everything is working beautifully, and it looks great! Would highly recommend these to any system builders out there!

Anyone will say that 64GB of memory is an overkill but when you want to go all out on a new gaming rig than you will take all the power you can get. The memory was easy to install and was on sale. The RGB colors are a nice effect and I haven't had any problems with the ICUE software from Corsair to control the color schemes.

Outstanding memory, I’m running 64gb (16x4) on my overclocked setup. i9 9900k @ 5.3ghz on a msi Meg ace motherboard. The Corsair has been rock solid for me running a mild overclock of around 30%, I’ve been using their ram for years and years with zero problems. The memory chips on these are Samsung b-die, you really can’t do much better.

It's kind of sad that it's difficult to find quality performance memory without RGB lighting. In my own PC both my motherboard and memory now have RGB lighting, but the case is fully enclosed and the internals won't ever be seen. So I wouldn't have paid the extra for RGB lighting, except that an equivalent product without the lighting doesn't seem to be readily available. But other than that, performance has been great, and it has been rock solid in terms of its reliability. Definitely a recommended product. I have one experienced one small glitch with the RGB lighting. One of my modules will occasionally get out of sync with the others and it displays a different pattern or color than the others (it isn't specific to any one particular of them -- I think all four have done it at one time or another). I'm not sure if that's a memory or motherboard thing, and it doesn't really affect me when it happens, but there may be some out there that care, so I thought it best to mention it.

I've combined this 64gb of raw gaming memory with an RTX 2080. All games are on ultra graphics settings, and all games are as smooth as butter. Corsair does it again, couldn't recommend more.

I initially purchased this back on September 23. After about 2 weeks of using this RAM, several of the LEDs started to fail. The first image is of the first kit that I received. The two that are circle had already failed when the photo was taken and the one with the arrow failed after. I contacted Amazon support and they sent me a replacement on October 17. The second image is of the replacement kit immediately after it was installed. I contacted Amazon again and they said they were only able to offer a refund. I should have taken this option, but I thought that Corsair would be able to help me. I filed my first ticket with Corsair on October 29. They had set me up with an advanced RMA and were going to send me a replacement as soon as they had one in stock. On November 22 when I checked the status of the RMA online, they had canceled the request without notifying me. I filled out another support ticket on that day and told them about the first RMA. They created another request and told me again that they would send a replacement when they had one in stock. Two weeks later, one of the sticks in the kit fails. The third image is my pc currently. You can see that a different one of the sticks has a failed LED. Today, 2 months later, they closed the ticket again. I have still not received a replacement. I am aware that stock issues are present due to COVID, but this is unacceptable. I originally purchased this product on September 23. It is now January 19 and I still have a defective product. I would not be so upset if there was a replacement on the way, but since Corsair keeps cancelling my replacement requests, there is no resolution to this in sight. First of all, there is obviously a major quality control issue with the product. I managed to receive two different kits with defective LEDs and the first Corsair support person that I spoke to even admitted that other customers have had this exact same issue. Secondly, while the individual support representative that I have spoke to have been nice, the support system overall has failed to actually offer any real support. At this rate, I plan to never purchase another Corsair product again. I just really hope I can either get my money back or get my kit replaced.
