- We warranty all our products. Internal mechanism is covered for 3 years, material is covered for 5 years and we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all manufacture defects.
- For an INSIDE THE WINDOW FRAME MOUNT, fill out the customization form with the exact measurement of the opening to the 1/8th inch and WE will take a 3/8 inch deduction off the exact measurement given so the shade will fit perfectly in that opening. The shade must be slightly smaller than the opening to fit inside. Again, we take the deduction so give us the exact opening to the 1/8th inch. You need at least 1 3/8 inch of depth at the top of the window for an inside mount.
- For an OUTSIDE the window frame mount we take no deductions- provide us with the exact size you want the shade to come when filling out the customization form. Outside mounts are traditionally mounted above the window opening and go slightly wider than the opening. These are child safe cordless woven wood shades. They will NOT be completely private. The collections that offer the most privacy are the hatteras and eastfield collections. Limited lifetime warranty All Hardware is Included.
- Please keep in mind that these are natural products so there can be a slight variances in the color. Especially if you place an order months apart.

These custom cordless roman style woven wood shade have a smooth appearance which accentuates the beauty of the natural woven materials – shades raise evenly and stack into neat flat folds. Practical and reliable cordless construction pulley control system for years of smooth and trouble free operation. We can customize these cordless woven wood shades up to an 1/8th inch. Once you click your size and color you will see a "Customize Now" button on the top right. You then choose inside the window frame mount or outside the window frame mount and you exact measurements to the 1/8th of an inch. THEY WILL NOT BE COMPLETELY PRIVATE. The hatteras and eastfield collections offer the most privacy.

I am SO HAPPY with these blinds! I read all of the reviews and decided to “take a chance” and order blinds for two different windows in my house. I was worried about measuring correctly BUT they explain in detail how to do it properly. I followed the steps (super easy) and my blinds arrived and fit perfectly! They are very well made, high quality and the cost is on point! I spent 4 times the amount I paid for two on ONE blind I ordered from another company. These blinds are of the same quality as the much more expensive blinds. AND, they arrived much more quickly! At this point, I have tested out the two windows, one facing east and one facing west- I’m ready to order ELEVEN MORE! I HIGHLY recommend ordering these blinds- they will: be easily installed by you (no expensive handy person), raised and lowered easily (rollability is smooth!), provide privacy while also allowing some sunlight in and lift the level of beauty in your home! What more can you ask for?

A really great product! I wanted a more polished look in my home decor. I was tired of heavy wood blinds but wanted something I could adjust for light. I watch lots of home design shows, and I noticed that many of the designers use natural fiber blinds. I decided to invest in one room to see how they’d look. What a transformation! Casual, elegant, and sophisticated! Pair them with drapes or without. Both options look great! Worth every penny! Easy directions for measuring your window openings and easy to install. Custom fit!, and smooth operation. I want to put them in every window of my house! Best home improvement/decorating investment I’ve ever made.

I ordered the Sarasota cocoa, one of the darker colors. My lower kitchen cabinets are a walnut stain, and most of my furniture is on the darker side. I ordered one blind first, to see how I liked it and check the quality. I REALLY liked it so ordered more for all the windows on the front of the house. These shades replaced 25yo 2" faux wood blinds in alabaster, which were all still in fine condition and fully functional, just dated. I've gone with a dark olive exterior paint, with dark brown and black trim, so really needed some darker blinds to blend in with the exterior; these are perfect. They are very easy to install, though I did have to drill some holes for the wider, 47" width blinds. The wider blinds have the channels for the brackets further in from the ends than the narrower ones, so you'd have to do a top-mount for the brackets to line up with the existing channels. I wanted that end support, with the brackets mounted on the sides, so I drilled holes to accommodate that. I also drilled a couple more holes toward the center for support, and used some thicker screws to drill directly into the top part of the window frame. The wood is soft and drilling was a breeze. I don't need blackout or privacy of a liner, and discovered the benefit of these see-thru, darker shades is that they make the room seem larger, since you can see out; I didn't anticipate that so it was a nice surprise. The first night after I installed them I turned on the lights in the rooms with the new blinds and stood in the driveway, then the street, to see how much you can see inside from outside. Since my house sits about 75' back from the street, it's not much. You have to be pretty close to see any detail of the interior. My neighborhood is safe (been here since 1995) and, I believe, free of Peeping Toms; these will be just fine. If you need more privacy you might want to look into options with liners. I like them so much that I ordered more for some French doors on the back of the house to replace older, lighter colored bamboo Roman shades, with cords. Very pleased with the quality for the money, and will update my review if anything goes awry anytime in the near future. *Update after receiving the outside mounts for the French doors. I was not happy with the look of the side pieces of the valance that stick on with Velcro, but I touched them up with some Old English Furniture Polish for dark wood, and they're much better - photo 1 -v- photo 2. I will be swapping out the white Velcro for black (why, oh, why would anyone put white on these dark shades?). Just took a little extra time but it was worth it. Still really love these shades.

I purchased these in 2021 and they still look fabulous! I ordered five of them for windows in my living room and they changed the whole look of the space. Made it much more homey and complete. The great thing about the Hatteras Cocoa color is that it does provide privacy in the evening when the lights are on inside. You cannot see the interior space from the exterior. They also provide needed shade from the hot Texas sun during the day. I followed the directions and provided the measurements and everything was perfect. Pretty simple to install as well. They still look new four years later and are easily pulled down and up, though I do not move them a lot. I don’t see how I could’ve had something look better from a professional window treatment company. Could not be happier with this product!
