First of all, it is cordless, so you are not limited to a certain area, but you can get a lovely massage anywhere you choose: in the living room, at your workplace, in the car - your call, really. You can take this device with you when you travel,, and at 15.5 by 7.5 inches and 4.3 inches thick, it’s relatively small, so you could use it even on the go. The massager takes about an hour and a half to charge via USB, and the charge lasts about 1-1.5 hours. One of the great benefits of this is the heated feature that lets you select from three temperature levels (low at 107°F and high at 113F, and heat off). The shiatsu massager comes with three separate massage modes, and you can also adjust the intensity of the massage (faster or slower). The 15-minute timer gives you total peace of mind in case this relaxing massager makes you doze off - which I find super practical! The snaps let you securely attach the tool to a chair back. The velvety, soft slate blue cover is elastic - you can unzip it and wash whenever it gets soiled. I really love this massager! One of my favorite things about it is how versatile it is. I can use it on my neck, shoulders, upper back, mid-back, or lower back, depending on where I need the massage. It’s honestly become a multi-purpose massager for me. One of my favorite ways to use it is on my back while lying completely flat on my bed. The way the massager sits against the natural curve of my back creates this really satisfying pressure. You know that feeling when your back is tense and you feel like you just need to “stretch” or “pop” it to get some relief? This gives me that kind of satisfying feeling without being painful. Sometimes I get that exact “ahhh, that’s what I needed” feeling almost immediately. For me, it’s one of the most relaxing ways to use it. I also really like the intensity. A lot of back massagers can be way too aggressive for me, but this one feels like a really good balance. It’s strong enough that I can actually feel the kneading, but not so intense that it becomes uncomfortable. Of course, everyone’s preference is different, but for me, the pressure is just right. The massage heads have some flexibility, which I think helps them follow the shape of your body instead of feeling stiff or overly rigid. You can also choose between two speeds and different rotation directions, so there’s some flexibility in how you use it. The heat is another feature I really enjoy. It warms up quickly, and I like being able to choose between two heat levels or use the heat by itself without the massage. It’s especially nice when I’ve been sitting for a long time and my neck or back feels tight. It also feels well made, and I really like that it’s cordless. On top of being extremely quiet, this massager is extremely effective, versatile and easy to use. I have several massagers and gadgets that massage and vibrate me. They are all very effective for my various aches and pains that come from a variety of things such as doing too much yard work or trying to do things that my muscles complain about. This battery powered unit is VERY portable, very easy to position at just the right place on my back or neck, and the rollers and perfectly shaped to have enough "digging in" to be effective and release my pain yet without causing pain in the process. I've used massagers that caused more pain than they got rid of. I don't use them anymore, but I will use this one for a long time. The heat is very soothing and when it is on, the massage balls light up red when it is on. The massage speed is adjustable, and you can have the balls rotate clockwise, counter-clockwise or alternate directions. It charges up with a USB-C port. On the back of the unit is a stretchy strap with a buckle. It would allow it to be attached to a headrest in a car or something similar. I use it as a carry handle to take it from room to room. The battery last about an hour and charging takes about an hour and a half.

I have spinal stenosis, I'll try new things to see if they help. At first I was disappointed in this massager. I tried first to lay on it at my lower back,,,mistake,,,lol,,,it bruised my tail bone area and it shut itself off. I realized it's not made for that and it must have a pressure switch to protect itself. I placed it at my lower back in my lounge chair,,,,wow,,, a very nice massage on my lower back!!!! I'm happy I figured it out and didn't send it back. I would have given 5 stars but there are two things I still don't like about it. 1. The 10 minute shut off is too short. I realize it's trying to protect itself but it should be at least 20 minutes. It's a hassle to get up, restart it and readjust everything every 10 minutes. 2. Each time it turns itself off, and you turn it back on, it goes to heat, you much push the heat button twice each time, or the heat is on, eating up the battery quickly. Overall this is a great machine, I love that it's wireless,,,so nice to be able to bring it everywhere. I'm definitely keeping it!!!!

I really like this massager. It's easily movable to any part of the back or neck, and lasts a long time (about an hour). The rollers go super deep, unlike some massage pads. It can be a little harsh on the neck, but you can put a towel under it. I mostly use this on my lower back while sitting in bed. I like how portable it is so I can take it to work. It's become a daily routine to use this after work. Overall really good massage pillow!

This neck and back massager with heat by COMFIER is an absolute game changer! The first time I used it I knew it would be my daily go-to after work! Then I let my father try it, who has constant back and neck pain. For the first time in months his neck and back felt better! We love the fact that it is rechargeable - can take it from room to room without being tied to an outlet, and it is so easy to use! The kneading is strong, but not overwhelming, providing an excellent deep tissue massage. The two heat levels are perfect, and the kneading levels, and various speeds and directions just melt away the pain! The material appears durable, and easy to clean as well. We also love that you don't have to hold onto it to get a good neck massage like many of the other neck massagers. Just use it like a pillow under your neck and you are ready for the perfect massage! Highly recommend!
