I was so excited to finally buy a robotic pool vacuum. I read reviews for days with a price point in mind and was quite impressed by what others were saying about the vacuum. I received it in the time as promised by the seller and read all of the instructions to make sure I knew what I was doing. For the first two days, it worked like a dream. My pool was looking really nice. On the third day, it started to turn itself off in the pool after about 25 minutes. Fourth day, it ran for 10 minutes. I did lots of trouble shooting with no improvement. So, I will have to return it, but I have to say I am beyond disappointed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was a little reluctant to purchase this item at first because I was so used to a vacuum with a hose that connected to the pool filter. that had become a nightmare. This product had a very good price and I am so pleasantly surprised at how good it works. I have an above ground pool. If you wait several days in between cleanings it is very possible that dirt will harden somewhat in the little crevices and I am not sure how well it would work on that without help from you. I use it every day and the pool has been exceptionally clean. i am not sure if it truly lasts for the stated cleaning duration as I don't watch it. It is very easy to clean the vacuum and to reassemble. It does take several hours to recharge but since I only use it once a day that is no problem. I highly recommened this product for its use and the price.

Original information misleading. Had 5 star reviews and advertised easy to use, 150 minute runtime and quick charging. I have never had to recharge it because it has never run more than 5 minutes before stopping at random wall. I thought clogged, so pulled out 1st couple of times to empty and drop back in. It was far from full or clogged. Battery still shows full. Just doesn't work. When I came back online for troubleshooting, I find the 5 star review is now decreased to 2.4 stars. Multiple bad reviews speak of exactly issue I'm having and are all within past week.

I went with this particular cleaner as it was less expensive than the others. They say you always get what you pay for. After charging it overnight I placed it in my pool. It ran for a whopping 20 minutes. So I thought maybe it’s just a fluke so I charged it overnight again and put it in again today. It only lasted 15 minutes today and doesn’t appear to be picking up much either. Live and learn.!!

Bought a cheaper unit first.Didn't work so I researched a little and found out that everyone was giving this unit 5 stars.I returned the first one and bought this unit.Came fully charged,so I put it in the pool.It just sat there for a few seconds so I said here we go another useless cleaner.Then,to my surprise this thing took off like a rocket.I came back about an hour and a half later and the pool bottom was clean!Picked up leaves and algae!

Awful. Total waste. Goes straight to my pool walls and stops. Keeps trying to climb the wall. I keep having to restart it. Can’t run it without being in the pool because constantly have to put it back off the wall. And we have a round above ground pool. Nothing with crazy walls. Idk why it keeps going to the sides and stopping.

For the money I paid for this it should pick up more… Eveytime I take it out of the pool it’s completely empty… it’s not picking up anything and I feel like it’s only running for 10 mins and stops..

Used twice. Works good. I had a winny and the clasps on it were awful. I even broke one trying to shut it It got sent back and I got this starry bot. Much easier to open and clean.
