I had a good amount of pain discomfort a few weeks back and decided to give this a try. I will say that at the given price point this is a good product as it supports proper posture if using it in a chair and it's got both a heating and massage feature. I also loved the fact you could control the intensity and rotation of the massaging coils as well as turn off/on the heat without it being tied to another feature. One thing I wasn't fully on board with was how hard the massaging coils were. I wish there could've been slightly more padding between the coils and my back as they were digging into my muscles a little more than I would've liked. However, in terms of value this is a product that brings a lot to the table. I would give it a very respectable 4 out of 5 rating.

Good massager with affordable price. The unique design fits back better than other similar massagers. Heat is a bit too strong for me Would be even better if if heat level can be adjusted.

Wow this is awesome. I love the comfort of this massager especially after a long day or finishing a workout. I will be using this massager for years to come. So excited to give this as a Mother's Day gift. The heat level is not too warm so you do not get sweaty. I have tried other massagers and the heat level was almost uncomfortable.

I honestly had to fight with this product for some time before I got it working properly, but I really like it! The massager can be used right-side-up or upside-down, depending on whether you want your lower back or your upper back to be massaged. It is also versatile enough that it can shiatsu massage - really, whatever. Want to sit on it? Go for it. My massager came with a partial charge. I honestly thought that it was broken, because the light kept flashing at me, but none of the features would power on. It really is best used cordless - I could not get it to work when plugged in - and has a very strong massage feature. My partner is ticklish and wasn't a big fan, but I liked the slow massage for working knots out of my back. I felt much better after using it for a while! It does need a recharge regularly (USB-C cable included) and, at least for me, stopped working mid-massage because it needed to recharge. The instructions left a lot to be desired. I wish that they were more detailed, to be honest. As another review mentioned, the lack of chemical smell was fantastic and something I really appreciated. For $34.99 (price at time of review), this feels like a fair value for the uniqueness of this product. I'm planning to take it on a road trip soon!

The cordless neck and back massager is well constructed. It is lightweight so it can easily be moved from one room to another. It has a pocket on the device to conveniently hold the remote control. I like the shiatsu massage on the calf of my leg, but even at the lowest setting, the rotation of the shiatsu massage heads made my low back pain worse. I'm going to try a back wrap that just has heat and vibration since I don't think any shiatsu will provide the relief I need for my low back. This massager would probably be fine for someone who gets relief from a shiatsu massage.
