It works great for a small blower. Very light weight, easy to handle and with the extra battery you have a long run time. The only problem is the batteries don't last. Both batteries show fully charged but do not work any longer. They are only 5 months old! I got in contact with the company and they are sending me two new batteries! What a great company to work with, they stand behind their products.

I bought this in August 2023. The batteries stopped holding a charge for more than 2 minutes just a month past the one year warranty date. Until late September 2024, the blower did a decent clean-up job on dry leaves on the deck and cement surfaces. It is lightweight, easy to handle and hold (Im in my 70s) It's not powerful enough for blowing deeper layers of leaves...even dry. I'd buy one again if it weren't for the battery. But I'll buy a better one with a good battery life.

Absolutely terrible product. Batteries are dead after buying it 2.5 years ago. You cannot find a replacement battery and the charge lasts about 2 minutes! REALLY! Also, there is NO product support. Please be aware if you buy this product!

I recently moved into a home in a very wooded area. Of course, I was very appreciative of all the beautiful trees, not even considering the amount of leaves we would be faced with cleaning up. Not only the leaves, but we have 1000’s of acorns! If you didn’t know, the acorns are like little heat-seeking missiles, set out to attack anyone who ventures out onto the deck. It seems like a minuscule annoyance however, to get bombarded by 10 or 15 little acorns, dropping at light speed, becomes a little uncomfortable. Not to mention they can cover your deck and driveway overnight. The leaf blower is very lightweight and we were pleased to have the back-up battery. This was quite necessary because the batteries do not last very long and we always have to use the second. The leaf blower does not move the little acorns, only the leaves. We end up using a shovel to clean up those little annoying missile – corns. I’d recommend for small jobs not involving nuts or pine cones.

I love this leaf blower and it’s perfect for me because I’m old and rather weak. I’m also a huge fan of Amazon and I know they have always had my back. The blower is plenty powerful and very quiet (compared to other leaf blower s I’ve had). With one battery I can clean off almost all of my paved surfaces. The problem is that it comes with two batteries and one is great, but the other one is definitely defective and dies after 2 or 3 minutes. I’ve tried recharging it several times to no avail. I didn’t want to write a bad review to Amazon so I e-mailed “[email protected]” and asked them nicely if they would simply send me a new battery. This was a week ago and I haven’t heard anything back from them. I purchased the blower June 24, 2024.

I bought this product half year ago. Initially everything went smoothly. Last November, both batteries could not be charged any more. I had contact with the customer support and they said they would send a pair of new batteries. It was my mistake that I didn't know they had not known my contact info, and I didn't check the messages with them anymore. After one month, I contacted them again. This time I provided my contact info with them and they sent a new air blower to me right away. I really appreciate their support!

You will love this, as I did. From the get go, it was powerful and did the job. But, then, get ready for short battery life. It works for about 10 minutes per charge. And, finally, after 2 years, it works for about 10 seconds and shuts off, and you have to keep re-starting it. The batteries are charged, but the unit just keeps shutting down for no reason.
