I bought this product half year ago. Initially everything went smoothly. Last November, both batteries could not be charged any more. I had contact with the customer support and they said they would send a pair of new batteries. It was my mistake that I didn't know they had not known my contact info, and I didn't check the messages with them anymore. After one month, I contacted them again. This time I provided my contact info with them and they sent a new air blower to me right away. I really appreciate their support!

Save your money and buy a name brand product! This blower comes with ZERO warranty, so purchasing additional coverage is a waste of money! I purchased this for myself and my son at Christmas 2022. The first season we used it was 2023 and it ran fine, had quite a bit of power, but would shut down after about 20 minutes. Switching out batteries would help, but not for long. Summer of 2023, it was only used a few times, and we had the same issue. However, it would only run 10-15 minutes before shutting off. Now, spring of 2025, this thing won't run more than 1-2 minutes! And the "extended warranty" I purchased was worthless, as this piece of junk has zero manufacturer warranty. I mean, even the cheapest brands have 6 months to a year! But, no, this one has no warranty except the Amazon 30-day return policy. It's 100% my fault for not checking further and I'll have to purchase another battery-operated blower. So, overall, if you want something that MIGHT or MIGHT NOT work, feel free to spin the wheel and give this a shot. If you want something that's going to last, DO NOT BUY!

Wife wanted a light blower that she could operate. Blower works as well as could be expected for a low cost battery powered blower. Only issue is one of the batteries no longer hold a charge that last longer than 20 seconds.

I was tired of the landscapers in my complex blowing crud onto my doorstep, so out of desperation, I impulsively ordered this thinking I'd try it and probably return it. I even held onto the packaging. The first time I tried it, I was amazed at how powerful it is, at least for my use: multi-family dwelling patio cleaning and clearing our front entrance. So satisfying and fast blowing everything clean. I was spending a lot of time sweeping, mostly getting nowhere because of the uneven surfaces. Now I can blast crevices clean with the toggle of a switch. I typically use this for a couple of minutes per use, have charged the battery only once and it's still going. I do remove the battery pack between uses and just snap it back in when I need it. The lock and button release are so easy to use, it's really not an inconvenience. And no, I'm not returning it.

I waited a year or so before leaving a review. It was great in the beginning. Now both batteries died within 5 minutes of being used on high. This was after they had been fully charged for 24 hours. I haven’t used this item enough for the batteries to act as though they are old or excessively used.

I bought this in August 2023. The batteries stopped holding a charge for more than 2 minutes just a month past the one year warranty date. Until late September 2024, the blower did a decent clean-up job on dry leaves on the deck and cement surfaces. It is lightweight, easy to handle and hold (Im in my 70s) It's not powerful enough for blowing deeper layers of leaves...even dry. I'd buy one again if it weren't for the battery. But I'll buy a better one with a good battery life.

Worked beautifully on my porch, patio, and driveway. BUT, in less than one year, the batteries no longer hold a charge rendering this product useless. AND, I am unable to purchase replaceable batteries because the site says "no longer available". Currently I am trying to return this product, but I don't think I will be successful. I do not recommend this leaf blower!
