    • Hallelujah, no cord! Great cordless leaf blower and fantastic customer service.
I have a pretty long driveway which is constantly covered with pine needles, pine cones, oak leaves and acorns. After years of dragging around a 100’ extension cord and a leaf blower (or spending far too much time and effort using a broom when I didn’t want to hassle with the long cord), I finally decided to treat myself to a cordless blower. Why, oh why, did I wait so long?! This blower has made my life so much easier! This is a fantastic blower as long as you have reasonable expectations. In this price range, I don’t think any cordless blower will ever rival a corded blower in terms of sheer power, but this blower does an excellent job cleaning the huge amount of of pine needles and leaves (typically, a large trash barrel’s worth every week) off my driveway. And it takes a fraction of the time and effort I was spending using the corded blower because I can just pick it up and start blowing. No long cords to unwind, rewind and re-plug when it won’t reach far enough. This blower has a few particularly nice features: - Variable speed adjustment: The speed adjusts from 1 to 6 (although I find that anything below 3 or 4 is not powerful enough to be useful for much), and I like that it has a simple dial adjustment instead of an electronic LED screen (which, IMHO, is just one more thing that can break). A lot of blowers have only high and low speeds; I find that being able to make slight adjustments in the speed is really useful. After blowing everything to one general area using high speed, I can find just the right lower speed to to blow everything into a pretty neat pile. Then I can use a medium speed to blow pretty much everything into a big square trash can lying on its side. Then back to high speed to blow the little bit left over onto the dirt. - “On” lock button: After the blower starts, you can press a button with your thumb to lock the blower on, so you don’t need to keep the trigger pressed the entire time. - Slow and smooth start-up: When I first pressed the trigger, I thought the blower was broken because it didn’t roar instantly to life. It turns out it has a smooth-start motor (maybe to save battery or reduce stress on the motor?) which gradually amps up the motor to the selected speed. It only takes a second or two to reach full speed, but I didn’t expect the gradual start after being used to the “instant-on” corded blower. After getting used to it, I find it’s actually less jarring than going from 0-200+ mph instantly. - Good battery life: I haven’t timed the battery life, but I blow the driveway almost every day and the battery lasted about a week before needing to be recharged. - Battery meter: The battery has four lights to indicate the charge level. I wouldn’t call the meter scientifically precise, but at least it gives you some idea of the battery level. Excellent customer service: I also have to mention the truly exceptional customer service from the seller. The meter on the original battery was not working properly, so I contacted the seller through Amazon. They responded within a matter of hours and resolved the issue. I was impressed! After 20+ years of dreading cleaning the driveway (or trying to ignore the pine needles until the gardener’s bi-weekly visit), it’s so nice to be able to clean the driveway every day with so little effort that I actually look forward to it!     • It will get the job done
Customer service is tops, they will send you this nice letter after your purchase on simple instructions. I have allot of leaves, have small battery, heavy duty electric and gas and backpack gas leaf blower. I get tired of messing with fuels and yanking or dragging a cord. This was very reasonable priced so i thought id take a chance. I ordered 2 extra batteries with it. Got 15 to 20 minutes out of first battery on high. It does a good job on dry leaves, I can tell it will take more time on wet. I blow every 2 or 3 days, flower beds and move leaves away from edges and mulch with mower once a week, i do this because ive learned over the years, inch by inch is a cinch, yard by yard is hard. It takes getting used to the fact that it ramps up too high, which I'm only going to use it on. Once at desired speed you have a set button. You have to get used to not tripping it, it's where it is for ease to set. It looks quality made, time will tell, its not to loud for a leaf blower. I cut the rubber piece off shoulder strap, I like the blower to drop very low, and the rubber piece off makes it drop lower. My disappointment which is not a deal breaker is, it's been over 60 minutes and Green light has not come on showing battery charged. It could be the battery, if other 2 take less time I will update my review. If they take as long I won't update. ... show more

I purchased this leaf blower for our yard. Since autumn is coming, we get a lot of leaves in our yard and along our pavements, and we used to rake them, but I'm getting older, and it hurts my hands and back to deal with them for a long period of time. I picked up this battery leaf blower on Amazon and it's really good value for money it's no less than a well-known cordless leaf blower because of my neighbor's own ego electric leaf blower, from the battery life and the power, it really exceeded my expectations and can comparable with that. We use it on top gear, and the turbine speed is up to 180 MPH, it handles heavy leaves and small leaves on the front porch with ease, and since there's no cord restriction, we're also able to clean up leaves on the roof and deck, and the battery lasts 20 minutes on top gear, and the brushless motor is really powerful, and the noise is very low, and it runs much smoother, and it also comes with earplugs, which is a nice touch, and it's a good choice. six speeds allow you to choose the right speed for the task, without wasting power, and the ergonomic grip is very comfortable.
