I needed a drill to install my new Ring doorbell into my brick house. I had never used a hammer drill and did not know what it was. But my research showed it was needed it I was to make holes in brick. So I figured it would cost $75-$100 to get a handy man over to do the job. For less than that, I bought the hammer drill and from another company a decent quality masonry bit. I was able to do the job in a few minutes and spent less than the cost of the handyman. Now I have this nice drill for the future.

I needed a hammer drill to drill into the stone walls of my house. I thought it would be too heavy to handle, but the price couldn't be beat. I was wrong. The drill is a little heavier than my other ones, but very do-able If fact, it is a good size for a non professional handiperson...Also, the battery stayed charged after more than two weeks for me. Would this happen for you? I don't know. I am just glad I pruchased it.

I tested this with a Touchless Tachometer and the Maximum in Low Speed reached 522 Rpm's and Maximum High Speed reached 2,088 Rpm's so the Specs Listed are Proper. I've tested it for Drilling in Wood and it worked Flawlessly, but I haven't tested the Hammer Drill Function yet, but when I do I'LL leave feedback on it Later. My ONLY ISSUE is that I wished that they Offered a Version of this Model WITH A CASE and an EXTRA BATTERY, because the Cost of Hard Tool Cases and Lithium Batteries are Waaaay too OVERPRICED these days! H*LL ANY TYPE of CASE for ANYTHING is OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED right now along with Batteries! But barring that, this Drill works great so far, but only time will tell as far as it's Durability and I'LL Update Later if there's ANY Issues. But 5 Stars so Far!

Very well packaged and handy to work with. Charged the battery overnight. Installed the battery and tested the drill by pressing the trigger button. The LED light got dimmed, and nothing else worked. I Returned the whole package. What is the benefit of a good design when the manufacturing defect refute all other nice works done? MY UPDATE. I returned the presumably defective one and bought another one. Apparently, the problem was a faulty battery pack, not the Drill Driver. The received set works fine and so far so good. Hence I changed my evaluation from 1 star to five stars.
