I’ve tried using this several times without success. Idk if its the silk material but the curls don’t set. It also doesn’t keep my hair in place despite it being long. It just slips right out. Maybe it’s because I have straight hair but I figured that’s the majority of the population trying to use it. I’m hopefully it will work soon ... show more

I was SO excited for this. I have long hair and just don’t have time to curl it in the mornings, plus I could never get the big bouncy curls I wanted. Once I saw people’s results with this I ordered it immediately. First of all, it is so uncomfortable to sleep in. I am going to try and see if I can wrap my hair a different way, but if you have an important event the following day, I wouldn’t suggest sleeping in this the night before. While I didn’t get any sleep, when I took my hair out, the curls were AMAZING, BOUNCY, and beautiful, but by the time I got to work, they had fallen and by the end of the day my hair was straight. Once again I have long hair so it could have been the weight, but still disappointing. I will try this again, during the day if I’m going out that evening, and use more hairspray but I wouldn’t suggest sleeping in it. ... show more

Arrived as pictured. A little slimmer than I expected but that doesn't bother me. The ends of the rod have a pearl tucked into them which I didn't realize (pearl fanatic here) so that was a nice surprise. Giving 4 stars because the claw clip arrived broken into two pieces☹️ I have other clips so I won't go through the hassle of a return but packaging needs to be adjusted for this product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. washed and dried my hair leaving it a TINY bit damp. Left it in my hair for 3 hours and got pretty decent curls! If you left it overnight I would assume the curls would be even better! I’m putting my hair in a pony. This does help you achieve cute, almost effortless hair. I do have to fix two areas with a small amount of heat from a curling iron. The ends where the hair tie makes lines and the bangs. Other than that, I end up with cute beach waves. My hair does not hold curl. It’s thin and lifeless. This will stay until I wash next. Trust the process. I choose to apply loser than some because of the look I’m hoping to achieve. So keep this in mine when applying. I’ve seen a cousin try and have some tight and too close to her scalp curls she hated. Think of the placement and where you want the curl or wave to start. Then you won’t be disappointed. One is fine for me. I’m thinking of getting a second. i bought this for my daughters hair and read through the reviews and it looked like a good buy. This is something that is way easier to place on yourself than it is to put on your kids. We added some product into her hair before using and left it in over night. she said it was okay to sleep in, it didn't really bug her through out the night. her hair was some what curled the next morning.
