This is very well made, and shipped. Like opening an Apple product. It is thoughtfully packaged. My not so old previous faucet was a beat up, leaky mess. My son in law installed it. I could not be happier. And the price was very reasonable. More expensive does not mean a better product.

This faucet is sleek and well built. It was easy to install, came with extra screens/filters for the long term. The extendable part returns securely to its base (which my previous faucet did not), and I appreciate the ball joint in the sprayer to point easily in any direction. The mechanism to switch from spray to stream works well with no sticking in between. UPDATE Oct 2022: Purchased Jan 2020. Per the information for this product, we are required to email julia@rulia-kitchenware.com. I did. In March 2022. Still waiting. Still crickets. I've knocked off 2 stars because the company puts barriers in your way when you want them to make good on their promised warranty. I had to resort to searching online and found the company's website I then finally found the email address for warranty coverage. I'll send another email, but I doubt I'll be buying a 2nd faucet bc I no longer trust the company to honor their warranty, respond to emails, and to make contacting the company easier rather than difficult. In addition, the question section for this product, the Rulia representative responded said we should look in the user manual for the email address. Of course EVERYONE keeps their manuals after installing the product. Right. So then I had to ask for a copy of the manual so looked up the specific email address to use for warranty support. Turned out to be the same one I had already sent an email to 7 months prior. I LOVE this faucet! I Installed it myself about 2 years ago and have been grateful EVERY DAY bc the previous faucet was low to the sink and didn't swivel as easily as this one. The metal cleans up nicely. The control for the water flow is easy to control. You can also choose whether to position to the side or in front. I repositioned to the front because water pooled underneath handle from dripping wet hands. Spray stays on even when you turn it off (annoys me to have to reset to spray function). I'll occasionally clean the aerator with an old toothbrush and some vinegar to make sure the water sprays correctly (there'll always be sediment or calcium buildup). Good strong weight attached to hose to reseat the head. Because it's so easy to use and keep clean, I'm considering purchasing a second one for our basement apartment even though there's no problem with the one that's there. Similar faucets are much more expensive. This is an outstanding buy. ... show more

I purchased this faucet during a flash sale and I'm so glad I did. Installation of the actual faucet was very easy and straightforward. I did have to purchase lines to extend to my supply valves but after that it was smooth sailing. Compared to other faucets at Home Depot or Lowe's this one has very clean lines and the sprayer pull down does not protrude at all from the neck. When installing the countertops, they did not get me to bring the faucet out and drilled the hole prior to my knowledge. When setting the faucet out, I was not going to have enough clearance so my husband moved the handle to the front. I thought I was not going to like this, but hot left, cold right and it’s perfect! I wanted a swan neck removable nozzle for my farmhouse sink. The fit the bill! It is easy to use and I love that you can change from regular flow to spray and be able to get into all of the angles and nooks and crannies by pulling the nozzle from the neck. I would get this again
