I've had this faucet for almost 12 months now and am EXTREMELY pleased with it! After reading a lot of reviews on more expensive major brands being horrible, and this one had great reviews, I took a chance. It looks great, and has far better than expected water pressure, both the stream and the spray which is SO much better than those lame handheld ones you pull out of the sink rim. Highly recommend! **UPDATE 9/30/25** I guess I jinxed myself... plumber came yesterday and said it needs to be replaced. Over the past month I noticed the plate was always wet with drips (enough to have to saturate rags with vinegar and let it sit to get the calcium deposits off. They STILL didn't come off around the deck plate.) I didn't notice it at first because 3 adults lived in the house until 2 weeks ago when my brother and sister-in law moved out. With just me in the house and knowing the plate was dry when I left the house, I realized the ball joint had been dripping for a while. This was a great bargain and I've loved it every day. Without the heavy use it got, it would have lasted me 3 years. But the plumber recommended a name brand they could get replacement parts for unlike this one. Just be aware. I was very impressed with both the quality of WEWE’s products and their outstanding customer service. The faucet I first bought was beautifully made, very modern and cute, but because my sink has a divider in the middle, the water always hit it, so it wasn’t the best fit for my kitchen. Still, the product was unused and in perfect condition, and even after several months, WEWE kindly offered me a refund without any issue. Before the refund was even processed, I had already purchased another WEWE faucet that suited my kitchen better. The media could not be loaded. It is a nice looking faucet and super easy to install. I did it myself in about 20 minutes and I’ve never installed a faucet before. The reach of the hose is good. The negatives are the water pressure isn’t great. It’s not low pressure but it’s not high pressure either. Also sweep mode doesn’t stay on unless you hold the button. Most of the time it’s half running water half sweep so you don’t get that good power rinse of your sink. ... show more

Overall quality seems to be good. The faucet looks very nice matching appearance of much bigger name brands. The brushed nickel finish is very nice and appears to be spot resistant. Initially concerned since it was priced about the same as the big box hardware store's in-store brand. However this products ratings were much higher than theirs. Comforted by the fact that this has a 5 year warranty. Early impressions are that this is definitely a good value for the price. Fairly easy to install, but will definitely need someone to assist to keep unit from turning when screwing on base nut underneath. But it is large and easy to turn and tighten without the need for tools. The supply hoses are preattached which is nice, but were 3-4 inches too short for my application. However my supply valves are located through the floor and not centered. Therefore, they should be long enough for most typical applications. If not, you may need to buy a short extension hose. Now to quality. Water pressure is good. Sprayer and faucet appear to be well made. Easy to change from spray to steady stream. The weighted line holds sprayer in place but not too heavy to make using difficult. Faucet spout easily turns from side to side without resistance. The only thing I am initially concerned about is the soap dispenser. The spout is very long and can easily get in the way of the sink. I'm afraid it will get broken if not careful. I am personally using it for hand soap. Since it is so long, not really practical to use the same hand to dispense and obtain the soap. Otherwise, works as it should and gives plenty of soap with single pump. Overall, I recommend this product. For the price, I am initially very happy with the quality.
