    • Regret not getting sooner - and a couple tips

I’ve lived in this apartment for 6 years and absolutely regret not doing this earlier. I love the product, thought the instructions were easy to follow. But, I did have a couple issues. 1) installation - I’m not super handy, so looked for easy install. The fact that they said it included all I needed was a plus and I saw easy install in a lot of reviews. Well….. the install WAS easy, except that my pretty standard, built in 2016 apartment apparently has a somewhat atypical size for the hot and cold water (1/2”). I looked through the product details and didn’t see where it shared the info that it would need to connect to a 3/8” male connector (not like I would have known what that meant). I figured out that I needed 2 male 3/8” x 1/2” male compression connector/coupler/adapters (I may have said it wrong… since I’m a newbie to this. It cost $14. Once I got those, it was easy. Issue 2) the sprayer didn’t retract entirely, at first. If this is the case for you, it may have to do with where you put the weight. Make sure you cut the zip tie on the hoses. When I pulled the weight down lower, the weight was in the right spot to completely retract the sprayer. What a huge difference! So, play around with that, if it’s an issue for you. It has to do with the weight placement. Overall, I love it! Going forwards, I’ll always replace the faucet where we live, if needed. We have to do dishes often. We didn’t even have a sprayer. The height of the faucet makes the song feel bigger and Disney easier to navigate. Hope this was helpful. Happy dishwashing! ... show more
