Despite the fact that the material is thin and comfortable the compression is more than adequate on your arm and elbow. The elastic traction band at the upper end of the sleeve keeps it from sliding down regardless of your activity level of activity. Be aware that you are only ordering one sleeve, not two as I wrongfully assumed. I wore it for 12 hours during my night of work and the compression and position on my arm was more than adequate. Not bulky and can easily be worn under a long sleeve garment without being obviously visible or the least bit uncomfortable. Good quality material with a little added benefit of an extra layer of warmth for aching lower arms and elbows. One per package, not a pair as I already mentioned so if you need one for each arm order a quantity of two. ... show more

    • Seemd to loose tha stretching ability sooner than expected.

When I first got the elbow sleve the fit was perfect. It had just the right amount of stretch to be comfotable, and give me relief from my constant elbow pain. After about 3 weeks and a few washings I noticed that it was sliding down my arm and not staying in place. Other than that it worked great!

The product came on time, and there were no damages. It fits great for the most part, although I have noticed that it is a little loose on the upper arm, but that may change overtime. Otherwise, I would say that it fits accurately to what it claims. I got it because they pinched the nerve in my elbow to my pinky finger and it is working really well with compression and easing whatever pressure there is on the nerve. I’ve been wearing it all week at a new job, and my hand is less numb when I wear it. Highly recommend this brand for any brace, but this one is definitely a keeper. The only thing I would warn you based on my experience with my other braces from the brand is, don’t put it through the dryer, because that will mess up the elastic. ... show more

It's well made and works great, but there is a bead of silicon or rubber around the top cuff that gave me a rash after a few days of wearing. I like everything else about the product but won't be buying it again.
