  • Love it !
A lot of bad reviews on this controller but I personally love it. I bought this and the instinct pro at the same time to try them simultaneously. Both are great controllers but the envision pro is in my opinion way better . It feels more comfortable and the triggers on it are by far the best triggers I’ve ever used on a controller . The back paddles also feel more responsive than the instinct pro. I use all 4 while playing warzone. I play on pc and heard lots of negative about the Icue software. So i watched some videos on how to use the controller without the software and I haven’t had any issues yet . I’ve owned the Xbox elite controller as well and this envision pro is better than them all ! ... show more

  • Software renders nice controller worthless.
I was very exciting to buy this product as it was specifically made for PCs. Downloaded iCue and tried to update firmware, to which iCue didn't respond to download command to update firmware, and after 2-3 hours of this frustration I moved on and tried work-arounds which has worked for other products, researched and tried other ideas on fixes/work-around on Scuf controller online, etc. I spend six plus hours doing this and then thought, I spend $180, this software should much more user friendly. On a 1-10 scale this softwotware is -4, seriously. As to iCue specifically, my high end gaming PC started immediately running very poorly, slow to respond to all commands, even outside of the software. The entire computer was running like it was in quicksand. I tried multiple things to get this software to work properly, or even work at all. All failed. I rebooted several times, uninstalled and then reinstalled iCue. Uninstalled, PC would run well, load iCue and it immediately went back to running very poorly. Frankly, my computer acted like when you get bloatware/trackers hidden within a program you download. I think we all know immediately when we get something that seems fishy. iCue is very fishy to me and/or has just horribly written code. I can't comment on the controller because the software is so bad you can't even use the controller properly. I own a Scuf Vantage Syndicate I bought in 2019. Love the controller and use it for PS4 and used on my PC a few years ago. I tried using it again on PC but needed the iCue software. Same experience, it barely worked and made my entire computer run horrible. This is on a controller that formerly ran great on my PCs. This is a very high end ASUS gaming computer, RTX 3090, 64gb of RAM, etc. and iCue made it feel like I was running my first computer again, a Tandy PC. As long as Scuf keeps pushing out iCue as their controller platform I will never buy another Scuf controller from them, and that's a real shame because the controller itself is outstanding I imagine, just like my Scuf Vantage Syndicate prior to iCue. There is something very wrong with this software, a good coder needs to dig around in it. I bet they would find it's horribly written on something much, much worse. Once I removed iCue from my computer and rebooted a few times my PC is running like a dream again. Needless to say, the Scuf controller has been sent back. Buyer beware, bad, bad software!!! ... show more

  • Love it
Being a previous Scuf owner for a PS4 controller, I wanted one for my PC. In comes the envision pro. This thing is a beast, with so many customization options. Just hate that I have to use iCue for it.

  • Fantastic
Really love this controller. I’m 6’3”, larger hands, no problem. Mouse click buttons feel great. Paddle location a litttttle unusual, but just took a few days of playing to adjust from an Elite II. Only complaint I have is the iCue software, it struggles sometimes. Recent updates may have helped but not sure. Nothing to do with controller itself though. If you’re thinking about upgrading, I definitely recommend ... show more

  • Defective right analog stick
PROS: - face buttons and d-pad were all very satisfying as they felt like a mouse click - additional G1-G5 keys add a ton of customizable options for PC gamers - controller felt natural in the hand - removable faceplate so you can customize the controller color without needing an entirely new controller - latency on the controller is impressive, and including a wireless adapter to avoid latency over bluetooth was a great choice CONS: - right analog stick was defective right out of the box, feels significantly less smooth and fluid than the left analog stick - iCUE software had hiccups in the short 2 hour playtest I used with it (I've never had issues with this software before for my fans and CPU cooler but it doesn't play nice with this controller); the mapping on the paddles went inactive and there were times the controller was having a tough time re-connecting after switching from the wireless dongle to a wired connection. - paddles did not feel natural (I normally play with an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller) and 2 of the paddles felt like a mouse click while the other two felt like hard button presses which was a small detail I did not like - I prefer the Xbox controller's placement of the analog stick so the symmetrical analog sticks was a negative for me personally - the additional joysticks they included were black and didn't match the grey joysticks on the white controller I had ordered, and only had to additional domed joysticks of different lengths; this felt cheap to me to not include more joysticks or ones that matched the controller color Overall: I think without the joystick issue I would have liked this controller a lot more, but there are definitely some other small details and basics I would like to see them fix on the next iteration. The ability to map keyboard key binds can be absolutely game-changing but unfortunately I'll have to wait until they iron out these issues. ... show more

  • Great remote, no problems for me.
This is an absolute great remote, only problem for me is that I don't know what to do with most of these buttons. Suffering with success i guess.
