My hips are 39 inches at the widest spot and I couldn’t get it on. I tried stretching and pulling it but there was just no way. There was about a 4 inch gap and the leg strap didn’t even reach my leg but just kind of stuck out the side. Do not buy this product

I am already feeling relief in my rear upper-thigh with the brace (sciatica/pulled hamstring & glute muscles). Pleased so far after 2 days. Instantly felt supported. The brace is much thinner than I anticipated after reading previous reviews. This is a good aspect. It fits below my business and athletic clothing well. The velcro holds and tightens very well. I can walk or run with this brace. It does not slip and is comfortable. One observation- The brace is supposed to be universal for left or right hip and men or women's fit. The brace came with a tag on the bag and on the brace itself that said "R" for right leg. Luckily, my injury is on the right side and it fits well. Not sure if it is supposed to be universal for both right and left leg. I may have lucked out. Not sure if it actually has "copper" within it, but that is not the reason I purchased it.

I was skeptical as I'd been having severe hip, groin and thigh pain. After receiving a cortisone injection from my orthopedic doctor with relief, I tried this brace for the additional support. I've found it has helped tremendously, especially when active in the yard and garden. It's lightweight and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

It happened June 1, the pain has been debilatating....put this on and in 3 weeks (after 3.5 months) I am finally seeing an improvement. Biggest regret, I didn't get this sooner, but then I didn't know about it.

Bought this for my daughter who is rehabbing for hip and back pain. While we purchased it a few months ago, she did not start using the brace until a few weeks ago. She reports the brace provides good support for her hip and she likes to use it through out the day. The problem is the Velcro wore out within 3 weeks of use and now she is constantly trying to keep the brace on as it loosens and rides down her waist. Would recommend a different product if you are looking to use this daily and for any extended period of time. Unable to return as its outside the return window and we no longer have the box.
