I received this just 3 days ago. It is amazing how it nearly takes the pain away instantly. I can hike again without hurting and limping by the end! However, I don't easily sweat, but this thing gets sweaty very quickly! I scrolled through the page to find washing instructions and I can't find them? I'm assuming by hand with a mild soap and air dry, but I'd like to know for sure. If you have hip pain, give this a try! I was very skeptical, I'm so glad I bought this!

Ordered for my right leg, so why is the velcro on the back of my thigh? The velcro for the waist part is also in the back. Even if I didn't have a broken left wrist I would have a hard time securing it myself with everything in the rear. I need someone else to assist in putting it on. That said,once on it does help relieve the pain of a large intramuscular hematoma on my thigh and stays in place pretty well. Would give a much higher rating if it secured in the front.
