I am already feeling relief in my rear upper-thigh with the brace (sciatica/pulled hamstring & glute muscles). Pleased so far after 2 days. Instantly felt supported. The brace is much thinner than I anticipated after reading previous reviews. This is a good aspect. It fits below my business and athletic clothing well. The velcro holds and tightens very well. I can walk or run with this brace. It does not slip and is comfortable. One observation- The brace is supposed to be universal for left or right hip and men or women's fit. The brace came with a tag on the bag and on the brace itself that said "R" for right leg. Luckily, my injury is on the right side and it fits well. Not sure if it is supposed to be universal for both right and left leg. I may have lucked out. Not sure if it actually has "copper" within it, but that is not the reason I purchased it. ... show more
