This arrived in two large boxes that weighed about 100lb each. Of note, and nothing against the product itself since it has nothing to do with the product, but this was delivered to my apartment’s mailroom instead of to my front door. Seems to be a problem with apartment deliveries and I had to figure out how to get it to my third floor apartment. So FYI, I guess they don’t deliver to your door if you live in an apartment. That being said, the couch is really nice, very comfortable, and very sturdy. It was easy to put together by myself and didn’t require any tools unless you want to switch the side the L is on. Then you only need a screwdriver or drill to remove the brackets from one side and put them on the other side. The hardest part was getting the cushions into the covers, but once it’s done it all looks really nice. The fabric is actually really nice, doesn’t stretch out and hasn’t pilled, but I’ve only had this for about two weeks. It does sit a little lower than other couches I’ve had, but nothing that requires a squat or anything like that. The storage space is also very roomy, a nice bonus. This is a great looking couch. A good fit for medium and small spaces. The furniture is easy to assemble based on the instructions. The seat foams are quite firm i believe they have some form of spring/foam combination like a spring mattress. I'm sure they'll get broken in with use. The sofa back cushions are not as firm as the seat cushions so We'll see how well they'll do with repeated use. The one downside I'll point to are the the armrest cushions. It is the only reason why I haven't rated this product a five star. The cushions used to fill up the armrest are soft and flimsy almost as if they have been used and abuse before shipping. You can really lean on them when you sit as they won't provide much support to your arm or head if you were to lay on them. I'll most likely buy a couple of sofa pillows to place on head side of the sofa for better support. ... show more

This is a nice piece of furniture but the back is too low. I had already put it together so I didn't send it back but I rarely use it for that reason. It is very firm and made of good material and was easy to put together. If you like to slouch or lay on your couch this would be for you. I like to stretch out my legs and read or watch TV. Needed a reasonably priced couch but still wanted something nice. Love that the covers can come off to wash. Love the color. Love the size, not too big but still cozy. It did however take awhile to put together even with the instructions due to how many pieces and definitely be careful when putting together the chaise because it springs out quickly but we got it done. Couch is made poorly, metal to plastic connection points. Couch smells like 30 people were smoking on it for a month. Seller is not actually Amazon. Package comes in two large boxes. When trying to return seller will send you one label (need two for two boxes) then begin questioning up for more information after you lug it to ups that eventually denies your shipping because 1 label for more than one package. Called Amazon support their suggestion was to pay for shipping to send back and they will reimburse. Shipping to send back was $633. Seller unhelpful, Amazon unhelpful, couch itself is GARBAGE quality. Short backs, stinks of smoke, impossible to return. A STAY AWAY!! ... show more

A pricier couch wasn’t in our budget, so we opted for this one for our living room. It’s a really good couch. I’m able to nap on it, and me, my boyfriend and our small dog all fit on it comfortably. The arms rests are even like pillows, and my bf has fallen asleep on it every night this week! It’s not too low to the ground like many cheap couches are, and the support is pretty good - kinda firm but still comfy. I have heard a few squeaks but that doesn’t bother me. It did take about 2 days for the cushions to fluff up. It took about 1 hour for two of us to put it together, but we were really tired from moving so I think it could take less time. I also liked the reversible chaise because we hadn’t yet decided which side we wanted it on when we ordered. The only sad part is the dog has decided the chaise is for her only! Speaking for the dog, I think she would also give the couch 5 stars. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap couch that is still comfy and cute, this is a great option. It’s also great for small spaces but not such a small couch that you can’t have multiple people on it comfortably. ... show more
