It is a little flimsy meaning that the poles are thin and you have to be careful when setting it up and taking it down. I can do it alone but setting it up really takes two people. The panels to block the sun work really well and the whole thing looks pretty nice when guests are over. The only thing that stinks is that the panels are not the right size for the sides so when a breeze is blowing, the sides come about 1 - 2 feet in and are blowing up against anything inside like guests, food, etc. THere isnt a way to make the sides tighter because they are too big and the velcro straps cant be adjuted. Other than that, I am satisfied with this and it really helps to keep the Arizona sun off of us when we are in the yard. I love that there are many color choices. I was able to match the tent to my outdoor decor for a great look. ... show more

Bought 1st canopy last March, installed it on my pool deck in June 2022, was a happy customer. THIN canopy cover rotted away by the end of August 2022, literally fell apart as I was still using... Ordered another unit (my mistake) for spare parts & replacement cover in August 2022. Opened the new canopy in May 2023 to get my pool shade canopy up for this season, discovered that they down graded the cover & frame, that is NOT the same model purchased earlier last spring, top & parts are not interchangeable. Of course "to late" to return to Amazon, Cool Shades customer service solutions all included sending them MORE money, for a replacement cover, which I actually tried to do before buying the additional unit. After multiple back & forth emails, bought a replacement top cover from another vendor that was TWICE as thick (not a perfect fit), for much less $40 than they offered $65 a customer that bought TWO $140 canopies from them... Original Frame was perfect, top cover quality & customer service terrible! ... show more

A great tent, easy to setup. BUT. ANY RAIN drips through the sewing seems and drips inside. Worthless in the rain. Great design. Poor topper. If you Weill never care about getting caught in the rain this is a perfectly fine tent for the price. POOR POOR POOR in the rain.
