Tent is wonderful, a little tricky to set up because it is so large, but three of us handled it. One bad side is that the tent is not waterproof. We have it over our hot tub on our back deck and it leaks a lot when it rains. They should include some camp dry with the purchase.

UPDATE: 108mph winds were the highest recorded in my area and it's still holding up! Granted it is tucked between 2 buildings, the beating it took, I swear it was going to be trashed!...still standing. Anchor it properly for the weather conditions and you have a solid canopy! I set it up 2 days ago to help shelter my hottub. It's currently storming, has been all night, with 30mph winds and it's holding up like a champ! I have it anchored with the sandbags as well as tied down with the ropes it comes with.
