I installed one of these on my back porch around 4 months ago. The framework is very sturdy and it is heavy enough that you will not need to worry about it shifting or moving in bad weather. When raining, the roof does drip in some areas. It is not watertight. The roof is made of corrugated plastic panels. The leaks occur where the panels come together. Water gets in between the panels and will drip on the inside. We've had some bad thunderstorms over the past couple of weeks and today I noticed that there are small holes appearing in the top layer of the roof. I have no idea what caused this, but I believe it is from small pea sized chunks of hail. After four months, the integrity of the roof is already compromised. The instructions were horrible, the roof seems very cheap compared to the rest of the parts. I really don’t think this will hold up long but let’s see what happens. I only wish that the roof could be replace with stronger materials.

    • DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE

Once assembled this is a beautiful gazebo, however there are a LOT of pieces. The instructions are all pictures which are sometimes difficult to interpret. It took 2 80 year old seniors with the help of an elderly neighbor 3 days and a lot of swearing to complete assembly. Some helpful suggestions, when assembling the frame do not tighten all the screws until assembly is complete., and all panels are in place. Also a manufacturing suggestion, the screws with points would be much easier to use than the flat screws. We are expecting rainy weather for the next week so the curtains and netting have not been added yet, but the structure itself is very nice now that it is all assembled. ... show more

Nice gazebo. Seems very sturdy. We didnt have any tornadoes or any major storm yet so cant tell. I installed lights and it looks very pretty. Cant beat the price!

Took approx 4 hours yesterday to assemble and erect Gazebo. No problems assembling according to the instructions and all parts fit. It was raining today and roof leaked in three locations. Amazon's only response is to disassemble and return. Yeah right. REVIEW FOLLOWUP: Received fast communication from Cooshade regarding leakage. Sent them pictures of the problem and within hours they responded. The defect is factory related on some Gazebos and suggested a repair and a discount if I didn't want to return it. Manufacturer communications more than fantastic in solving the defect. Thanks to Amazon. ... show more

We have a hot tub on this porch ( isn't covered ) over the years, the top of the hot tubs has begun to show wear. I fell in love with this Gazebo. While I purchased it in February, it was finally installed in July. I couldn't be happier. When I went to put the curtains up ( the directions were soaked and unusable ) stupid me put the screen up first, so when I put the curtain up it was all wrong. The curtain should have gone up first. Lesson learned. I also thought the top panels were metal, they are not, it is corregated plastic. It didn't change the sturdiness in any way. I love it! ... show more

There are no words only pictures to assemble this product. No YouTube video to follow. The instruction manual was small and we needed a Magnifying glass to see the pictures. That being said, it was easy to assemble.
