The air handler also provides service valves with sweat connections and easy-to-access gauge ports for easy maintenance and is equipped with an all-aluminum evaporator coil for optimal heat transfer. The Cooper&Hunter Multi-Positional Air Handlers hold certifications for R-410A, UL, AHRI, Energy Star and Goldfin. Our outdoor units provide new Inverter Technology to deliver the most energy efficiency available with our Air Handlers. The multi-position air handler units have a rating of up to 18.4 SEER2. With the new Inverter Technology used by our outdoor condenser units, the energy efficiency provided by C&H’s Air Handlers a great benefit to homeowners. These units also carry R-410A, UL, AHRI, Energy Star and Goldfin certifications. The multi-position air handler can be installed vertically or horizontally to better fit any space. Air flow can be conducted in multiple directions for best adaptability. The Aluminum Coil is a feature that has fewer corrosion points than copper coils. The Auxiliary Heater is an optional feature that can be purchased separately as a back-up heating option for indoor units in case of an emergency or when the primary heating system is not working. The C&H Air Handlers are designed with capabilities to connect with our optional SMART KIT and enable control with the C&H Remote App, designed for IOS or Android smart devices. A wall 24 V thermostat with LCD backlighting is included with the unit which can set the mode, fan speed, and temperature.
