Description

The Cooper Discoverer Rugged Trek All-Season LT275/65R20 126Q Tire is an all- season pickup truck and SUV tire that looks tough because it is tough. It looks aggressive but it also has nice manners. The Rugged Trek has a unique Rough Terrain pattern, which is trail capable and provides extra grip and confidence when you venture off the highway. It also features Stone Blockades, which are ridges in the tire pattern to help keep pesky stones and rocks out of the tire and on the ground where they belong, helping protect the tire from damage when you’re off the beaten path. Rugged Trek is built to provide enhanced grip on wet roads and features Whisper Grooves Technology that blocks the rush of air through the tire, helping to eliminate noise when on the highway. There are dual sidewall designs so you can pick between the Mountain Pass pattern or Knife-Edge pattern, which gives you double the options for your look. Our aggressive tread blocks are designed for quiet on-road performance and deep treads help grip in sticky mud and sand. While this is a tough-looking tire, it is also engineered for a quiet and comfortable drive.

Good ride an great traction on loose gravel not to loud when running them on the road

  • Good price, good quality and rides good on pavement
Size: 265/70R17XL 116T
I got a set of 265/70/17 on a 2011 Toyota Tacoma. The tread is pretty aggressive. A little chunkier than I expected, but I will put them to use. Even so, the tires still fit the stock rims without any rubbing even with articulation. Road noise… minimal. My old K02s were far worse. No bouncing and my tire guy got them balanced the first time. I haven’t taken them off road yet, but very pleased so far. ... show more

  • fit my 2016 silverado perfevtly, could not be more pleased, fast shipping too
Size: 265/70R17XL 116T
really like these tires, only have about 200 miles on them so no idea on how they will wear, they look great on my chevy, balanced easily, went out in a rain storm and they were as good or better then the factory tires. cant wait for some snow! was really amazed how fast they were shipped....i really like these tires and the seller. Update: i purchased these 12/22 it is now 8/24 the above review was apparently never submitted ,but i do stand by what i said. now a little under 2 years of running them i felt i should update. only put about 6000 miles on them, but the performance in the rain is fantastic, not very much snow over the winter, but we had 10" once and did not even need to pu it in 4x4. i did just to keep the frt.diff. lubed, but it was not needed. absolutely love these tires, may buy another set just to have on hand in case i live longer then i expect..lol rarely leave reviews, but i had to ,probably the best item i ever purchased from amazon. hardly any wear at all,and still very quiet. ... show more

  • Actually improved the ride of my 2021 King Ranch, over the factory tires
Size: 275/60R20 115T
Amazed that a tire this aggressive improved the ride quality of my KR this much. Didn't realize how crappy the GY Kevlar tires that came on the truck are, until I strapped these bad boys on. Water-bottles used to vibrate in the cup-holders with the slightest of imperfections in the roads. Small expansion joints would nearly jar you. I was so disappointed in the ride quality of my 70,000 dollar luxury f150. I mean, you'd feel everything. Those tires only had 25k on them, but my wife curbed one and ruined the tire, and so I decided to go with something better looking, and more capable in the snow...never giving consideration to an upgrade in ride quality. Had them to the same 38psi as my stock tires, and the first trip up the road from where I had them mounted, what was instantly obvious was I wasn't feeling all of those little road imperfections any longer! All those annoying little rattles in the interior were gone! I was like, WTF?! Instantly I liked my truck again! I'm just blown away by the fact that I went to a more aggressive tire and got a major ride quality upgrade. I can hear them more, but just barely. Mostly at about 55 to 65 MPH, but it's actually an enjoyable light roar...nothing obnoxious like a mud tire. Gonna stick with these for the life of this truck, so if they are still made when needed, I will likely replace them about 4 more times, as I run trucks until they are no more. Can't attest to the mileage, as I've only put about 15,000 on them so far...we travel the country, a bunch, so it won't take long before I can give an idea as to how they wear. So far, they still look new. ... show more

  • Impressive to say the least
Size: 265/70R16 112T
***UPDATED*** Mother Nature finally allowed me to get a better idea about these tires. I have so far run them through deep mud, heavy rain (1” an hour or heavier), dry roads and on mild rocks. No sand or snow here in Central Arkansas this time of year. So I haven’t aired these down at all, been 36 psi. In the wet these are great. Plenty of contact in heavy rain to provide a feeling of confidence at hwy speed. In the dry these are VERY quiet for such an aggressive tread. I have honestly had more tire noise from some AT tires. In the dirt and rocks these take everything I throw at them and want more. I easily scrambled over everything I encountered on the trails. In the mud these tires clean themselves out nicely. I had no caking as I rolled through mud about 1-2” deep. I am very pleased with these tires. Worth every penny I spent and will gladly buy again. Hope this helps y’all a little. I will update snow when winter comes around again. For now, kudos to cooper for a great set of tires ... show more

  • Very nice-looking tires and they don't make noise!
Size: 285/45R22 114H
They look great and are nice and quiet! I put them on my 2022 Ram Limited diesel, and they are a very nice ride. I have not taken them on the highway yet, but I will update my review after I get a chance.
