Got this for my brother, he is a hod carrier and said that his mattress was causing his back to hurt in them morning. He wanted a firm mattress and I did a lot of research and got this for him based on that. He slept good and had no more back aches in the morning. He's very happy with this mattress. He sleeps on his side and back and had no problems with the mattress. He has a long bed and this fit good to it. No bad smells and the thickness was true to what he ordered. The only thing I wish it had was : be flippable, have straps to maneuver, and grommets on the side for better air circulation like the old mattresses used to have. But overall it's still a good mattress.

People, I have had four different mattresses in the past year! None have been any how close to the quality of this one. I am a big old man, 295 pounds and a Vietnam Era Veteran. I get more rest in a very short time, than I ever have. Turning in bed, sitting up in an adjustable frame, cool and so comfortable. Enough can not be said how wonderful this mattress is. BTW-There was not a smell of any kind!

I bought the TWIN XL 12" for my elderly husband who has been in and out of hospitals and physical rehab centers for the last year. He LOVES it and says it the most comfortable mattress he's ever had. It certainly is better than the mattresses at those medical places he's been. I will add myself that it is very comfortable. It's a MEDIUM FIRM mattress and provides support for your body, while the plush topper gives you a softness for comfort. It really is a surprise quality find. It arrived rolled up and compressed in a reasonably small box. It is then wrapped in heavy duty plastic that vacuumed sealed it. We carefully cut that off and it immediately started growing to its true size. We let it sit out for a day before using it. The metal bar at the footbed is to keep it from sliding off the frame. I love this mattress. Ordered yesterday evening and arrived next day in the morning. Delivery man was great carried it into my garage with a smile. Long narrow box. It was heavy but I were alone I think I could have managed dragging it into the house alone due to the way the mattress was packaged. I was impressed the way it was rolled up and sooo easy to unravel. I even received a cutting tool for the plastic and as soon as it was punctured the mattress began to inflate. There was no odor whatsoever and it looks great and seems to be good quality for the price. The pillow top is soft yet firm enough to give support. I have no regrets purchasing this. For under $500 I couldn't ask for better tbh If your thinking about purchasing this mattress I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Got the 10 inch full size, was way too firm, and got the 14 inch. Some issues found. When I got the 10 inch, the manual stated that the slabs could only have a gap of about 2.75 inches. I did not know or nor were that information given. This lead to a rather hard or firm mattress that hurt my back as there wasnt enough support below the mattress. If you are thinking of getting a mattress topper, i suggest you go with the 10 inch as I measured the mattress had about 8 inches of spring and 2 inches of foam. I decided I should go with 14 inches as I am also a side sleeper. It is alittle confusing as there are like 3 different types of mattresses sold by this company each with different price points. Two use anti fire foam while I got the gel foam. Not sure where theres confusion on that as the prices are very different. Lastly, it makes me suspect how safe this all is as I could not find any certipur certification. I did look up the company in the register btw. So if they could register or show that, that would be helpful. Last thing that knocked a few stars, the 14 mattress is nice and I def recommend to heavier individuals but i also felt from the side, the springs were bigger. For the 10 inch, it felt like it was 8 inch spring and 2 inch foam. For the 14 inch, it is a shocking 10 inch spring and 4 inch foam. If the company can clarify the width or how much of each foam per layer goes in, would be very nice. Overall it is comfy but we shall see. I may just go with the tried and true lucid if my back doesnt feel at least better before trying the 10 inch mattress.
