This item was great as far as the benefits and Aroma. But the balm sits on a small retractor inside the bottle and the plastic that holds the balm tends to retract very easily and you can't balm yourself anymore. Then you have to use another tool to dig the rest of the balm out. I hate doing that. It really takes from the experience ... show more
