Definitely helped my back. Was sleeping on a bad bed, and my herniated disc flared up to the point I couldn’t move in the morning or walk. Since I got this bed i to helped my back recover. I got the firm one, and it’s perfect for me. Great deal and most comfortable bed I’ve owned. Also receiving the package was very easy and it is sufficiently thick enough, though you do need to flip it every two weeks or I will start getting back pain, although this is stated as you need to switch the bed in the first few weeks and every month or so. I’ve been using this mattress for about 10 weeks now and feel like i’ve gotten my money’s worth from it. I opted for the 10 inch firmness on it and fresh out the packaging it felt very nice. No weird smells or anything. I don’t like soft mattresses so this one had a good balance between firm and soft. I downgraded in size from a Queen to the Twin XL to have more space in my bedroom. I previously had a Serta mattress for years but I was looking for a fresh start. This mattress is great for the money in terms of build and quality. Even if you wanted this as a spare mattress instead of your main in a guest bedroom, it would be a great option as well. It’s good by me👍🏼

I chose this mattress after returning a memory foam mattress from Amazon that was way too hard. After doing a lot of research, I realized what I wanted was a mattress with springs and a Euro top. This mattress has a medium firm feel, and the Euro top is soft and supportive on top. It is absolutely perfect for what I was looking for! We have this in our guest bedroom, but I have slept on it several nights to test it out and it's as comfortable as our own mattress that we bought for nearly $3,000. It arrived in a small box and was vacuum sealed. I was amazed at how small the box was! We opened it up and let it decompress for over 48 hours before we slept on it. It was amazing to watch it unfold and regain its original shape and softness, and the comfort level is incredible. No aches or pains, and no movement when the person next to you moves around or gets out of bed.

When the product arrived I was first shocked at how it was packaged I figured the box would be a lot bigger considering it’s 14” but the box was long and slim so unboxing and moving it inside was a breeze. Opening the product was fairly simple first I unraveled it and laid it flat on the bed frame slicing its vacuum seal and opening it like a bag of chips and watching the mattress shoot up in less than a second (of course give it some more time to properly fluff out. After sleeping on it for a few days now I’m very happy I got the 14” medium plush hybrid mattress not only is it extremely sturdy but it’s height is a nice upgrade from my 8” memory foam. The top two inches of the mattress is a nice and soft plush that’s very cozy for side and back sleepers alike. For me and my girlfriend we find ourselves well supported and sinking in the proper amount. If you need an upgrade wether it’s switching to hybrid or getting something a bit bigger I would recommend this for its price (I was also able to claim $50 off so that helped a lot in my decision). Now getting on and off the bed is more comfortable for someone my height (6’2) I think most people who give it a try would find it to be a nice fit and a comfortable feel.

Got this for my brother, he is a hod carrier and said that his mattress was causing his back to hurt in them morning. He wanted a firm mattress and I did a lot of research and got this for him based on that. He slept good and had no more back aches in the morning. He's very happy with this mattress. He sleeps on his side and back and had no problems with the mattress. He has a long bed and this fit good to it. No bad smells and the thickness was true to what he ordered. The only thing I wish it had was : be flippable, have straps to maneuver, and grommets on the side for better air circulation like the old mattresses used to have. But overall it's still a good mattress.

I bought the TWIN XL 12" for my elderly husband who has been in and out of hospitals and physical rehab centers for the last year. He LOVES it and says it the most comfortable mattress he's ever had. It certainly is better than the mattresses at those medical places he's been. I will add myself that it is very comfortable. It's a MEDIUM FIRM mattress and provides support for your body, while the plush topper gives you a softness for comfort. It really is a surprise quality find. It arrived rolled up and compressed in a reasonably small box. It is then wrapped in heavy duty plastic that vacuumed sealed it. We carefully cut that off and it immediately started growing to its true size. We let it sit out for a day before using it. The metal bar at the footbed is to keep it from sliding off the frame.
