Not paid or sponsored, I promise. I’ve had mine for daily and nightly use, almost a year now and it has worked very well. I recently noticed it was warm and immediately thought it wasn’t working. Turned it on and off to no avail but then I decided to remove the fan cover and clean off the filter. It was covered in thick dust, not allowing any air in to help cool. After cleaning, ice cold again. Would recommend and it’s very aesthetically pleasing as well. Worth it, just remember to clean the filter regularly ladies. ... show more

This is a piece of crap IMO. It looks pretty, but doesn’t work! The unit came in a lovely box and I was excited to plug it in and start using it, however, the unit does not have the indicator light on the back, as it is supposed to, so you can’t tell whether the power is on or off! This was an issue for me because I was testing a new outlet that isn’t used frequently and I thought it was the outlet so I plugged it into to 2 other outlets and it still didn’t work. Even without the indicator light, I should have been able to tell whether the unit was on or off and I could not! Which means it either doesn’t get that cold or the product isn’t working at all! If I can’t tell, that’s a terrible sign! I will be returning this immediately and likely not buying another Cooluli product. I called their customer service line and they said they’ve never heard of a unit without the indicator light but even without it, I should know whether the product works or not and to me, it does not! I am super pleased with this purchase. Only thing is that the door does not click as easily, just like what others complained about in their review. However, it doesn't bother me too much. I just have to hold and press it really hard. Anyway, I am happy with how it's divided inside and the fact that it has a little drawer compartment where you can hide oddly sized items or facial mask packs. Bought one for myself and bought another one since I loved it and wanted to gift it to a friend. It's spacious but not bulky ... show more

I had a lot of hope for this fridge. It was working fine up until month 9 and then it started to overheat. Some of my moisturizers had a temperature to them like they were baking in the sun. My friend bought one as well and had similar situation. Update: The company reached out to me after the review and after a few exchanges via email with some pictures, the rep offered a replacement. I didn’t expect this but I am also very pleased with the customer service and initiative taken. Not sure how this replacement model will last, but at least the customer service is worth the investment. I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. keeps everything super cool, my products feel great and last a bit longer. Its super cute and I really got this one because its the only one I found with a drawer and it does fit quite alot of stuff, I have rollers and gel sleep masks in there and it still has room. Super happy with this purchase.
