My dogs almost immediately scratched the fabric up a bit. BUT it’s very comfortable, cooling and silky. We live in the south so it’s perfect for a lightweight throw over that won’t make you sweat at night. I wish it came with pillow cases. Also the green is a very pretty shade.

This is a little more weighted than I expected it to be but it is thin and very breathable. It's silky smooth against my skin but slips off my bed during the night, so I use this as a large couch throw instead. I live in southwest Florida and this blanket keeps me cool when curling up with a movie or book in the evenings. The label says it is made of 97% Nylon and 3% Spandex and can be machine washed cold on the gentle cycle. Washing instructions say to tumble dry low, but it also dried quickly when I hung to dry. Overall, I'm happy with this blanket. *I received this product through the Vine program. This review was written voluntarily and the opinions expressed are entirely my own.

Super suprised how this worked! Reminds me of those summer shirts that keep you cool. Same type material. Got this brand due to others having 2 layers sewed together & everyone hated that. This is only one layer, like a sheet. I'm in menopause and every night I wake in a pool of sweat and have to go to another room! 1st night I got this I slept on top of it & no pool of sweat!! Next night; I just used as a blanket & it was so icy cold that I had to turn my fan off and turn the AC up 2 degrees! It was even better than on the bottom!! The throw I got is too small, so I am now getting the larger sizes. Literally shocked at how well this works....and I live in the desert and it was over 100 degrees last week when I got this! Absolutely the best!! UPDATE: Got the Queen size 3 days ago and I lay it down and flip over the extra as the top! I have not woken up in a pool of sweat since & it won't slide off the bed this way. I have the grey and this morning I must have sweat so badly that it turned to another color where my back is, but I don't care! It is slippery, so the taco way keeps it on the bed and is magic. I am a small person and I still wish I would have gotten the King size. They definietly need to make this in a fitted sheet. For those that are suffering also, I recommend those shirts that do the same thing! Good luck everyone!

This was an impulse Prime Day purchase after seeing someone rave about it in a random Facebook comment section. When it arrived I was put off by the texture of the material (I'm weird), because it wasn't "blanket-y" and sat it aside, contemplating returning it, then promptly forgot it. When I noticed it again way later, and thought, hmm, never did return that weird blanket...but it happened to be uncomfortably warm in our bedroom that night, so I gave it a try. It is amazing, feels so light and cool, and is exactly the not blanket-y blanket you need if you're the kind of person who needs to be under a blanket to sleep well, but it's too darn hot to be under a blanket!

I overheat when sleeping but am more comfortable being covered. I have moved to a very hot location and cannot afford to have my air conditioner running to keep me cool enough. This blanket and a ceiling fan going are all I need to be comfortable at night!. No more uncovering a leg or flinging the sheet off entirely! I can sleep comfortably all night now. This blanket is amazing!
