The pillows arrived vacuum sealed separately and rolled into one zipper pouch, which felt heavy. But once you've snipped open the plastic, the pillows start to puff out. I left them for 2 days before using, not only for ultimate puffiness but also to allow them to gas off as there was a plasticky smell on opening. There is still a faint smell but it doesn't bother me. Love that there is a bag of foam fillers included in the package so that I can adjust the plumpness of a pillow as needed - though I'm enjoying it as is. So far I'm very satisfied with the cooling aspect - I cannot sleep with ordinary pillows that heat up and need to be flipped around constantly, so I am always in search of a better cooling pillow. With these, I have had minimal pillow shifting/flipping - even though the area directly under my face/head doesn't stay cool, I can just shift a couple inches over and find another cool spot immediately.

The 2 pillows came as described. They are pretty heavy to move around while lying down. It helps that you can take some stuffing out to make them more manageable. The cooling aspect is pretty neat except that when you put a pillow case on, you can’t really feel the coolness. The pillow itself feels very durable and like it could last for quite some time. The price point seems fair compared to others of the same type.

It's good to replace pillow once in a while and especially with pillow with better technology (who would have thunk, pillows with technology). Ha! Ha! Well, I saw this one and thought it would great, especially the cooling pillow as I tend to run hot, especially during the summer month. Also, like the fact it's a foam/memory pillow and it comes with extra foam to customize it. When we got it, it came in this small package, which was cool. It was really vacuum sealed and my kids like seeing the pillow expand after we unpacked it. They didn't know this was a cooling pillow so when they put their hands on the pillow they pulled it back "it's cold" yup I couldn't believe there was such a think as cooling pillow. What did you know, my kids stole these pillows from me for themselves and they gave me their old memory foam pillow. So far, they have enjoyed these pillows not so much for the cooling since it has turned hot yet but they are comfortable for them. I think this is a great addition for us

I ordered the 2 pack as I needed a new pillow both for my head to rest on but also to put between my legs so my back doesn't hurt(lower back injury will flare up bad if I don't). These pillows came very tightly rolled up and in vacuum packs and at first I didn't think they would poof up after unwrapping...but an hour of being unwrapped and they were fully fluffed out and looking good. Very soft but firm...comes with extra stuffing if you want to add more. There is an inner bag you can unzip to add stuffing and also a zipped outer cover that can be taken off for washing. The cover is super soft and seems very well made. All in all very happy with these pillows....thumbs up for sure!

These are actually quite full, so I found them to be more on the firm side, however, my head sinks down a little bit, and the pillow seems to contour around it, which is nice. I actually had a minor procedure and needed to sleep without rolling over, so for that, it was actually helpful. They don’t get hot and sticky, I found them to be a bit more on the cooling side, which is actually really nice going into summer. For a king size bed, I found the sizing to be slightly off, but it’s not too noticeable. It’s somewhere between a king and queen, in my opinion.

Ok...where have these pillows been all my life? They're cooling, comfy, cushy, adjustable and come with a bag full of fill. I made a neck roll with the extra plus some that I removed from my pillow. I like my pillows a little more squishy and less firm, the man likes his firm and just as it arrived. At this price point, they're a steal.

These come compressed flat with a bag of extra filling stuff -if you want a firmer pillow. I was surprised by how quickly they expanded into a pillows ! To me, they come medium-firm. Firm enough to support you when you’re sitting up or lying down . just the way I like it ! You control the firmness by adding some of the extra stuffing provided or removing stuffing already in the pillow ! That’s such a great feature ! I’m extremely pleased with these. They’re well made & look good !
