It all arrived in the box itself, which looked rough. But the inside contents appeared fine when I took everything out. After assembling , everything worked fine, ran kinda smooth so I gave it time & settled down with it. The new windows update today (07/03/2025) Updated, then the pc itself just stopped working. It would boot up, then freeze on the login screen where I would put my pin. After about an hour of trying to restart, and get around this ~ I spoke to Amazon support (since I couldn’t reach the product support from this seller) They couldn’t find a troubleshooting solution for this & said they’d refund it. Which, was fine ~ cool. But when I turned it off, I noticed two things ~ The first, one cord wasn’t all the way pushed in. The second, there’s an entire outlet that isn’t even pushed in. (Image 2) I was hesitant on even trying to find a way to connect it, since there appeared to be no way to do so. Since the cover seemed blocked by the wire coming through it, causing the part not to be removed ~ so I left it as is. Ease of setup: It was fairly easy to follow the setup guide/instructions provided. Gaming capability: Honestly, I tried a handle of games. From helldivers to MMOs like elder scrolls. Helldivers wouldn’t properly run, which I found odd. Even with having all of the settings set to Low, it wouldn’t run. Set FPS was reading between 7 to 9. Elder scrolls online, which most know isn’t too heavy for any system to run. Ran smooth, and looked great. Why did you pick this product vs others?: My brother had helped me pick this one out, as for an upgrade from my old pc. Specs looked really nice and appealing to what kind of gaming I was planning to do / upcoming college work. Just looked promising, compared to other pcs around the same value. Very nice GPU, So was naturally excited about it all. Graphics quality: It really depended on the game. New world, helldivers, destiny 2, Solo leveling arise OVERDRIVE, all couldn’t be handled with this pc over low graphic settings. I know everyone has their own preferences, FPS>graphics naturally. But I like to have a mixture of both! Smooth gameplay and a nice screen to view. Unfortunately it wasn’t met here. Computer quality: The main issue I have with the computer quality, is the two images shown, of them not connected, and the other being improper placed/slanted. Value for money: Never had a pc of this caliber myself, til I got this one. But the price itself didn’t seem too bad, again, compared to the other ones listed. Performance: In my case, if I lowered my settings , and boosted the fps, the pc ran okay honestly. I was able to enjoy a few of my games, without much of a headache. ... show more

I'm a Boomer when it comes to gaming PCs, having grown up in an age of floppy disks and CD-ROMs and resisted the urge to upgrade to a "modern" setup for several years. Eventually though I was unable to play many games I wanted so decided to take the plunge. I looked around a lot and finally decided to pick up this rig and I'm so glad I did. For the money, it's an incredible machine - easy to use, fast, and whisper quiet. Upon receiving it, I had the PC up and running within a few hours, and most of that time was just the obligatory Windows updates and getting everything transferred from my old PC to this one. If I had to critique it, I would say that the unpacking instructions are a little unclear on how to remove the glass panel in order to access the inner packing (instructions showed two screws but it was only one, and there's a bracket along the bottom, so you basically lever it up) and I was worried about breaking it. Also, the included keyboard is just OK, which wasn't really a problem for me, since I have a better keyboard anyway. ... show more

I got this just a few days ago and it's been a great performer. I'm running games at ultra settings without a sweat. I originally wished it was the AMD variant, and may some day regret it still, but I haven't come across any CPU issues. Playing some demanding titles at 4k, both CPU and GPU temps seem to stay in the mid-60's or low 70's without significant fan noise either. If I had to complain about anything, 2 of the case fans have a wobble, which is particularly noticeable with them lighted RGB, and the bluetooth antenna is very weak. I had to switch to a 2.4ghz mouse because my usual BT mouse couldn't connect past 2 feet. ... show more

Worked fine for the first 20 days and now it’s super slow can’t do anything on it, tried resetting it just in case there’s something going on with files, every time I tried it says reset error. NOT FUN! But for those 20 days it ran smooth and was never overheating.
