I bought this product because I was looking for a laptop cooler for my new laptop (MSI Creator 15 with a Core i7 10875H, RTX 2070, and 32GB of RAM) that wasn't too "gamer" yet still high quality and effective. I just got it today and tested it out but found that the computer was running at best the same temps as when I have it propped up on a box but more realistically between 5 and 10 degrees Celsius hotter. Definitely would be better off trying another cooler or even just getting a stand to get the computer up off the desk. ... show more

NEED A POWER ON LIGHT IN FRONT OF THE COOLER!!! I can't tell you how many times I left this laptop cooler on when I shut down my computer - only to find out it has been running 24/7. When your laptop is on the cooler you cannot see if it is running or not. Unless you remember to unplug the USB cable from the power strip, the fan is running all the time. If CoolerMaster were to put a light in front of the cooler so you can see when it is on, this would never happen. ... show more

Aside from its side the quality of this product is lacking and the price too high for what this thing is capable of doing. I recommend you better go for a multi fan cooling pad as fans tend to fail after some years of service.
