So, we all have bought, used, scratched, cooked, complained and tossed non-stick fry pans. It is the Rodney Dangerfield of kitchen appliances, "I don't get no respect". Thus, when a product comes around that has better features in a commodity, then it should be given kudos. That time is now! Please allow me to explain with my photos. The Bottom: look at the side profile in the photo. Isn't that the most beautiful curve you've ever seen in a pan? When you're doing a saute and you do the Chef's wrist flip...the food just follows that curve to flip right over! Absolutely wonderful. You do not notice the curve when you are cooking but when you wash the bottom of the pan, it's curves are just amazing. What is special, is that I have never seen or owned a pan WITH THIS PERFECT CURVE. The Handle: please look at the 2 photos of the handle. The handle thickens towards the end which fits right into the palm of my hand like a custom leather glove. No kidding! This is THE BEST HANDLE that I have ever seen or owned. This makes me wonder what other pans are made by Cooks? I want them. I want them all. If you are reading this then you know that your scratched up ugly pan will make you feel so good when you toss it in the trash and replace it with these pans. Buy it. Buy it now! ... show more

Non-stick surface holding up well over many years. Had to keep the rest of the pan though. Good handles but a little thick.

I have bought copper pans, granite pans, other popular branded nonstick pans, etc. These so far have been the best. The copper pans work for a few months and then with no damage visible just... stop working. I take care of all of my NS pans because I use them for eggs ONLY. They don't see a dishwasher. They don't see anything higher than 30% power. They don't even see soap. I am not joking. I just rinse them out. It is enraging how much we spend on these stupid things and how crappy they end up being most of the time. Take good care of these and I see no reason why they wouldn't last feasibly forever. Seriously, they are that good. They aren't just better than any of the others I've bought. It feels like everybody else is pumping out 5 dollar garbage and I bought the 100 dollar version like an idiot... only these are actually among the cheapest NS pans I could find. Ive only had these for 3 or 4 months but I use at least one of them every single day. I love them! The weight is perfect, I can comfortably flip an omelet or food that Im sauteing. The handles are great. Very comfortable. The amount of angle on the sides of the pan is perfect for sliding out eggs or other foods. The type of fastening that attaches the handle to the pan is really secure, sooooo much better than those cheaper products that have screws which eventually loosen and you have to tighten back up. I do carefully hand wash these every time, I want them to last. Nonstick quality is still perfect. I do use cooking spray most of the time but I can put a pack of ground beef in the pan without it and it does just fine. I highly reccomend these based on my experience so far...... ... show more

I was looking for durable nonstick pans. Came across these. I purchased them in Dec 2018. It’s now April of 2022. They are just as good as the first day i got them. Fantastic quality. Durable and the handles are still on as tight as when they arrived. I highly recommend these pans.

Seems like a good value, but far too small for my needs. The "9.5 inch" pan is more like 7.5 inches, and the "11 inch" closer to 9. I wish sellers would give actual dimensions. Returning for something large enough to cook for two people.
