My son hated his bed and always wanted to sleep on the couch. We did a room makeover for his birthday and he wanted a "couch bed" as opposed to an actual bed. He loves this one because it's super easy for him to convert to sitting, laying, or even halfway up to watch tv or play a game. The pullout piece stays on track better than our large living room sectional and pulls out super smoothly. The back folds up and down like a lawn lounge chair. The material is soft and smooth and cleans easily. He is able to tuck a sheet into it for sleeping. The first 3 pictures are what we received, the last 2 are what was advertised. As you can see, it is NOT the same at all. There are multiple major differences between the couch we got & what was advertised. First, you can see the huge gap between the back of the couch & the wall in our pictures (14" as a matter of fact); however, the product picture shows the gap should only be about 2-3". Second, the bed laying down is flush with the back of the arms in our pictures; however, in the product picture it actually matches up with the middle of the couch back/head of the bed. Third, the seat height of what we received is only 15"; however the product picture with dimensions shows it's 17.5" and the product written description shows it's 18". Fourth, the couch we received has the legs positioned under the body of the couch; however, the product pictures show the legs positioned directly underneath the arms of the couch. Finally, the product video and description indicate that converting the couch to a bed is a simple pull and done; however, it is actually a 2-person process - 1 to pull and 1 to lift, as it doesn't just come up on its own. All in all, we did NOT receive what we ordered and are totally unsatisfied with this purchase. So far the seller is far from helpful and just blaming Amazon for editing their photos incorrectly. ... show more

I can not return without paying for the 180$ shipping. Do not recommend this product. A floor is more comfortable but that is what it is. Customer service is a joke.
