    • Great for the price even after first one broke.
Color: Dark Blue
UPDATE- 1/20/20 One of the tablets from Christmas just "broke". One day it wouldn't turn on. It was just a black screen. I wrote to this company and explained the situation. Even though it was past my 30 day return mark, ( it sat in my closet the whole month of December as i bought it early for Christmas) they do tips me to return it and they would repair it if they could. About a week later i got a message from amazon that they refunded me for the tablet. No communication from the company. I guess that's not a huge deal but an email explaining it would have been ideal. I just received my new tablet and so far so good. It's not the same as the first 2 we ordered even though under amazon it says i ordered the same device twice. This one has a different screen saver and i had to download the 20 games myself instead of having them already installed. Not a huge deal though. Overall, I would probably order again. These are great tablets. I bought 2 for Christmas. Kids ages are 6&7. The games that were already installed are great for their ages. Some are a little too young, and a couple are a little challenging. But overall, it was nice having the games already installed so we could decide what types they liked/disliked. Some reviews said the tablet bogged down because of all the games installed. Ours never has. Also downloaded a movie for a long road trip and still no problems. The tablet comes with 2 types of chargers. One is a 9mm and the other is a regular cell phone charger. Both of the 9mm chargers broke within the first week. That's my only complaint though. As far as a first children's tablet goes, I'm pretty happy. ... show more

    • Doesn’t last and isn’t what you’re expecting.
Color: Pink
Haven’t had this tablet for maybe 8 months. Seems like a while however I have a different brand I’ve have for 2.5 years and still works pretty much like it did the day I bought it aside from normal wear. This thing from the beginning had issues connecting to WiFi hotspots or anything of the such. It now won’t stay connected to wifi. At first it would connect then have to be reconnected and it would be fine for a bit then have to be reconnected but now it will not connect at all. I have tried resetting my router disconnecting all devices ect. And this is the only device in the house with this issue. The health of the battery lasted maybe a month and after that it just dies out of nowhere and will even lose all charge within a hour or two even if it’s not in use. It’s laggy and the screen has almost zero sensitivity which isn’t a big complaint seeing at toddler fingers are not always light to the touch. It also doesn’t allow apps like Hulu even tho I read it would. I’m just super disappointed and only put up with it this long until it was in the cards to get one like my other one. ... show more

    • A good middle ground for parents and kids
Color: Blue
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 8 year old. I wanted something with parental controls already on it as I'm about as tech savvy as a dinosaur and my child is too young to run rampant on the internet (and a bit too careless yet to entrust with an expensive device). I especially like that I can automatically lock the device during bedtime so he can't sneak it off to his room and wake up tired for school. The controls aren't the end all to monitoring your kid on the internet, but is a huge help and something more parents should actively be doing. Kids are smarter than we give them credit for, but also far too trusting on the internet. The battery life is excellent as long as he isn't using a high draining app like Cozmo. The charger cord isn't great, simply put. It is similar to a headphone jack and snaps off easily (learned this the hard way), but the company replaced it promptly with no hassle or exchange process as the accessories carry a 3 month warranty (as opposed to the 1 year device warranty). Kids need to be careful plugging it up and taking it off or the charge port will begin to give them issues more so than the types other phones or tablets use. It runs faster than my phone and responds great even with many apps installed. My kid can listen to his music, play games, take photos and access all his school websites. While it is durable, it definitely isn't bullet proof. I had to order a new one as it was left in reach of my mobile garbage disposal and wood chipper (80lb husky puppy). Set up is a breeze. If you're actually tech savvy, I would definitely say go for a better tablet and do your own controls. You'll get faster speeds, better battery life, and all around higher quality. This however suits mine and my child's needs well until he is a little older. ... show more

    • Screen is weird and battery life is a joke
Color: Pink
The overall quality of this tablet is pretty decent. My daughter loves it simply because it has enough storage for her games and pictures/videos. I love that it's android, because I can monitor the activity through my own Google account. Unfortunately that's about it when it comes to the positives. The screen is so weird on this thing. I have fixed all the settings and yet it still has this weird, almost polarized color quality to it. My biggest complaint would have to be the battery though. Straight out of the box, this thing only holds a charge for maybe 90 minutes at the most. Just the act of turning it back on after reaching a full 100% charge and waiting for load the home screen, it drops to about 95%. Plus, the battery gets really hot after only about 20 minutes of use. Needless to say, she only using it for about 15 minutes at a time and then we put it away for a while to let it rest and cool down. I wouldn't buy it again, and can't say it's really worth the price I paid. But it works for short trips to the store, or when she just wants to snap some photos or takes videos of the cat. ... show more

Color: Pink
It was a bit tedious to set up at first and the battery ran out super quick, but after the first charge it works just as expected. The battery life is great now, it's lightweight, easy to use, looks nice, we love the protective cover, and it has all the games you could imagine for education. Our girl has been practicing her reading happily for the first time ever. It has games all the way from Pre-K to 5th grade! ... show more
